In the present study, activated carbon supported metal oxides was prepared for thiophene removal from model fuel (Thiophene in n-hexane) using adsorptive desulfurization technique. Commercial activated carbon was loaded individually with copper oxide in the form of Cu2O/AC. A comparison of the kinetic and isotherm models of the sorption of thiophene from model fuel was made at different operating conditions including adsorbent dose, initial thiophene concentration and contact time. Various adsorption rate constants and isotherm parameters were calculated. Results indicated that the desulfurization was enhanced when copper was loaded onto activated carbon surface. The highest desulfurization percent for Cu2O/AC and origin AC at initial thiophene concentration of 500 ppm, adsorbent dose of 0.01 g/ml and equilibrium time of 5 hr were 87.4% and 53.4% respectively, for outlet concentration of 63 mg/L for copper oxide and 236 mg/L for original AC. Generally, the percent removal of thiophene increases with the increase in adsorbent dose and decrease with increase in initial thiophene concentration. The present study was mainly focusing on the kinetics and adsorption isotherms aspect; adsorption kinetics of thiophene onto activated carbon supported Cu2O adsorbent was closely represented by the second order kinetic model and Freundlich isotherms well represented the equilibrium adsorption of thiophene from model fuel.
The problem for the search to identify the role of loyal workers through (emotional loyalty, moral loyalty, continued loyalty) in enhancing the market share of the corporate center the human resource management strategies, namely (selection, training and development, and performance evaluation, and returns the system) for the parent company of cellular Allotsalat in Baghdad ,, and show the importance of research through the benefit to the company, through the importance of the search results, it draws the attention of decision-makers and those in charge of managing these human resources on the importance of those resources and work to develop them and keep them in order to increase their loyalty towards their organization and the

The Research dealt with the role of the target costs in reducing the cost of products in the General Company for soft drinks. One the modern approaches reduce costs and thus increase the ability and continuity to compete in the market. Where the problem of research in identifying the shortcomings in the traditional method used in the company sample research. Which led to a weak control of the cost and the researcher relied on data and costs of the company. The research recommended that the target cost of the company should be applied to the research sample. Training the employees. In addition, preparing training courses for them. Nickel-base superalloys are popular as base materials for hot components in industrial gas turbines such as blades due to their superior mechanical performance and high-temperature oxidation resistance, but the combustion gases' existence generates hot oxidation at high temperatures for long durations of time, resulting in corrosion of turbine blades which lead to massive economic losses. Turbine blades used in Iraqi electrical gas power stations require costly maintenance using traditional processes regularly. These blades are made
