The problem of job burnout has become one of the main problems for researchers in social welfare organizations (social protection bodies) - one of the formations of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. Its negative effects increased in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, and in light of the Corona pandemic, the pressures and burdens of workers varied, which resulted in high rates of anxiety, tension, and intellectual and physical exhaustion, and then negatively affected their efficiency in performing work at the individual and organizational level, especially after the increasing tasks of these Bodies in carrying out their role in achieving the general goals and objectives as being The general goals are that they are responsible for providing and providing economic and social support services to a wide range of poor and income-free families, including widows, divorced women, the disabled, and the elderly. This research came to identify the organizational sources of combustion for social researchers in the organizations of social protection agencies in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, also to explain the relationship between these sources and the determinants of work performance, as well as to explain the difference in the organizational sources of combustion among researchers in these bodies according to their different demographic characteristics (gender Age, specialization, length of service), the results show that Researchers in social protection agencies attribute combustion to multiple organizational sources, on top of which came work pressure, the conflict of values and social relations, and the results also showed that there are differences between the respondents in the organizational sources of combustion according to some demographic characteristics. Discussing the organizational sources of combustion among workers and working to limit their negative effects, while developing an appropriate strategy to control them in light of crises, especially in light of the Corona pandemic. Key words: functional combustion, organizational sources of combustion, work performance, determinants of work performance

Reliability and Failure Probability Functions of the m-Consecutive-k-out-of-n: F Linear and Circular Systems
...Show More Authors

The m-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F linear and circular system consists of n sequentially connected components; the components are ordered on a line or a circle; it fails if there are at least m non-overlapping runs of consecutive-k failed components. This paper proposes the reliability and failure probability functions for both linearly and circularly m-consecutive-k-out-of-n: F systems. More precisely, the failure states of the system components are separated into two collections (the working and the failure collections); where each one is defined as a collection of finite mutual disjoint classes of the system states. Illustrative example is provided.

Fabrication of Electrospun Nanofibers Membrane for Emulsified Oil Removal from Oily Wastewater
...Show More Authors

The electrospun nanofibers membranes have gained considerable interest in water filtration applications. In this work, the fabrication and characterization of the electrospun polyacrylonitrile-based nonwoven nanofibers membrane are reported. Then, the membrane's performance and antifouling properties were evaluated in removing emulsified oil using a cross flow filtration system. The membranes were fabricated with different polyacrylonitrile (PAN) concentrations (8, 11, and 14 wt. %) in N, N-Dimethylformamide (DMF) solvent resulted in various average fiber sizes, porosity, contact angle, permeability, oil rejection, and antifouling properties. Analyses of surface morphology of the fabricated membranes before and after oil removal revealed

Visual stimulus in the design of interior spaces
...Show More Authors

The visual stimulus is the effective force in visual attraction that achieves visual and perceptual co-optation and is important in wooing the recipient, and many procedural processes in the design are interpreted on it as the visual stimulus achieves visual comfort and a sense of pleasure and gives (place) the interior space a transformation in its plastic structure as well as arousing attention through The kinetic rhythm and the formal diversity, which increases the possibility of breaking the routine and traditional constraints of design patterns through the coating and encapsulation of the vertical and horizontal levels . Thus, the research problem was launched based on the following question: What are the stimuli of the visual stimu

Objective(s): This study aimed to evaluate job satisfaction among nurses working at primary health care centers        in Samawa City.

Methodology: A Descriptive evolutional study has been carried out during the period from 1 February 2022 to 1 June 2022. A nonprobability (convenience) sample of (200) nurse were selected from different educational level. A questionnaire format is developed for the purpose of fulfilling the objectives of the study. Content validity of the questionnaire and reliability has been determined. Data are analyzed using IBM SPSS version 19 software (2010).

Study the Effect of Different Reinforcements on the Damping Properties of the Polymer Matrix Composite
...Show More Authors

In this research, damping properties for composite materials were evaluated using logarithmic decrement method to study the effect of reinforcements on the damping ratio of the epoxy matrix. Three stages of composites were prepared in this research. The first stage included preparing binary blends of epoxy (EP) and different weight percentages of polysulfide rubber (PSR) (0%, 2.5%, 5%, 7.5% and 10%). It was found that the weight percentage 5% of polysulfide was the best percentage, which gives the best mechanical properties for the blend matrix. The advantage of this blend matrix is that; it mediates between the brittle properties of epoxy and the flexible properties of a blend matrix with the highest percentage of PSR. The second stage

A Comparative Study on the Double Prior for Reliability Kumaraswamy Distribution with Numerical Solution
...Show More Authors

This work, deals with Kumaraswamy distribution. Kumaraswamy (1976, 1978) showed well known probability distribution functions such as the normal, beta and log-normal but in (1980) Kumaraswamy developed a more general probability density function for double bounded random processes, which is known as Kumaraswamy’s distribution. Classical maximum likelihood and Bayes methods estimator are used to estimate the unknown shape parameter (b). Reliability function are obtained using symmetric loss functions by using three types of informative priors two single priors and one double prior. In addition, a comparison is made for the performance of these estimators with respect to the numerical solution which are found using expansion method. The
