This study concerns the isolation of oil degraded bacterial samples from oil polluted soil in Al-Dora refinery/ Baghdad – Iraq. Soil samples (15) were on mineral salt agar medium (MSM) used to screen the oil degrading bacteria by forming clear zones around the colonies. Immune deregulation has been postulated to be one of the mechanisms underlying the pathogenesis of schizophrenia. This study hypothesized that interleukins would have a link with schizophrenia patients. The serum IL-2 and IL-10 levels were examined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) in schizophrenia patients (n=60) and healthy controls (n = 30). The results showed that serum IL-2 and IL-10 levels were significantly different among schizophrenia patients.     In this paper, we calculate the electron energy distribution function (EEDF) and transport parameters including the electron mean energy, mobility, drift velocity and diffusion coefficient for the gas mixtures of the H₂ and N₂ using the EEDF program. It is concentrated on the effect of assorted concentrations of the mixtures on the EEDF and the electron transport coefficients.
