The cuneiform texts considered one of the most important resources which play an important role help us to know how was the economic , politic and religious manner and every thing have relation of the history of Mesopotamia which contain many of information that enrich our knowldgement every side of Mesopotamia civilization since using writing as away to register the science and human knowldgement . The city of Sippar (Abu –Habba ) was one of most important city of ancient Mesopotamia which mentioned as one of first five Mesopotamian cities found before floating and it exposed through excavating rich one of them tablet which some of it dated to old Babylon period . The king Ammi-Saduqa has a big share of tablet we study number of this tablet most of it has economical concept .Our research ''Unpublished Texts from King Ammi Saduqa Reign '' comprise from four chapters. The first part was deals with the king Ammi Saduqa and subdividing to three parts, The first part was summary about the history of Ammoriat and the origin habiting Mesopotamia region and first period of Babylon kings, The second part specialized to study the king Ammi Saduqa and mention the meaning of kings name and most of his rule surname inaddition of mention his most achievements in religious ,political and economical works . The third part mentioned the most important achievements of the king with details and subdivided into three axels, first the royal rites, second the Astronomical observation and third Article interesting. The second chapter include studies according to published texts in this research contain (comprise) meaning of personal and some information about Gods quoted in texts and in personal and we mentioned in sharten, some texts. The third chapter we read the cuneiform texts and its public translation and explaining its meanings. The fourth chapter including conclusions and sheduls and there is shedul has information deals with published texts in this research and shedual of weighting and measure of capacity. also, the chapter contain some special indexes of personal name ,Gods, Gods in personal name ,Jobs ,vocations ,months ,cities ,geographical places ,rivers and channels ,follow this copies in natural size and then pictures ,after this list of Arabic and English resource that we used in this study . We faced some of specific problems during preparing this study that part of texts was in ungodly state, because they were broken and smashes, and also the rare of resources that talks about king ammi Sadyqa personality and his works which makes me depending most of resources which mentioneal his historical title that ended his texts .Another problem was the lock of stores and library of cuneiform studies in Iraq Museum . At last I hope that I'm succeeded in doing my humble job to serve my country ,country of inveterate civilization and be accepted ,and from God adaptation .

This paper examines the impact of the organizational culture prevailing at the university center, Ali KafiTindouf, on the quality of the educational service provided by the university center Ali KafiTindouf from the point of view of the teachers of the center. The questionnaire method was used to determine the effect between the variables studied, by the distribution of 33 questionnaires on a random sample of the study community.
The study found that the organizational culture prevailing at the university center of Ali KafiTindouf contributed to reaching higher levels in the awareness and quality of the educational service provided by the teachers of the center.<

The occurrence of two species of the genus Myxobolus Bütschli, 1882 (Myxozoa: Myxosporea) for the first time in Iraq from freshwater fishes.
Ten blue swimming crabs Portunus segnis (Forskål, 1775) were collected from the north west of the Arabian Gulf off the Iraqi marine waters from October to November 2017 at 29ᵒ 37′ N to 48ᵒ 47′ E.
The barnacle Octolasmis angulata (Aurivillius, 1894) was found on the gills of the present species of crab, the mean incidence of infestation was 30%, while the mean Intensity of infestation was 12.3. This study focuses on how tax administrations in Iraq use Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques to monitor tax evasion for individuals and companies to achieve Tax Compliance (TC). AI was measured through four dimensions: Advanced Data Analytics Techniques (ADAT), Explainable AI (EAI), Machine learning (ML), and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). At the same time, TC was measured through registration, accounting, and tax payment stages. We relied on the questionnaire form to measure the variables. This study aims to identify the most important legislatures and legal frameworks pertaining to advertisement for children. It focuses on the western approach, which is characterized by the variety of its perspectives in presenting issues and in identifying problems. However, if studies show that there is a certain awareness about the advertisement impact on children, it is obvious that most of legislatures reject the laws restricting the broadcast advertising spots intended for children under 12 years of age, with the exception of the Swedish and the Canadian province of Quebec experiences, which opted for total ban on advertising spots broadcast messages targeting children. |
