Rapid, reproducible and accurate method has been developed for the assay for of mebendazol (MBZ) residual assay. The method is based on alkaline hydrolysis of MBZ with sodium hydroxide then oxidation with N-bromosuccinimide (NBS) followed by coupling with 4-Bromoaniline (4-BA) to yield a highly colored product absorbed at maximum 434 nm. Regression analysis of linearity range was found (0.6-2.8) µg.ml-1.  The optimum conditions that affect the oxidation were studied. Experimental model was done for pile model of L / D = 25 installed into a laminar shear box contains different saturation soil densities (loose and dense sand) to evaluate the variation of pore water pressure before and after apply seismic loading. Two pore water pressure transducers placed at position near the middle and bottom of pile model to evaluate the pore water pressure during pullout tests. In the present study, free convection heat and mass transfer of fluid in a square packed bed enclosure is numerically investigated. For the considered geometrical shape, the left vertical wall of enclosure was assumed to be kept at high temperature and concentration while the opposite wall was kept at low temperature and concentration with insulating both the top and bottom walls of enclosure. Abstract

Background and objective: Protective effect of (Andrographis Paniculata) on 4-Vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide.

Material and methods:A group of 55 female albino rats undergo experiment on the outcome effect of 4-vinylcyclohexene Diepoxide injection for a priod of two weeks, as well as treatment effect of methanolic leaf extract of Andrographis paniculata oral administration for four weeks. Injection  concentrations (160 and 320mg/kg. B.W) also two different doses of treatment (100 and 200mg/kg. B.W) have been applied.

Results:The results on body weight and ovary weight were more evident when higher concentration dose was applied.
