Thin films Tin sulfide SnS pure and doped with different ratios of Cu (X=0, 0.01, 0.03 and 0.05) were prepared using thermal evaporation with a vacuum of 4*10-6mbar on two types of substrates n-type Si and glass with (500) nm thickness for solar cell application. X-ray diffraction and AFM analysis were carried out to explain the influence of Cu ratio dopant on structural and morphological properties respectively. SnS phase appeared forming orthorhombic structure with preferred orientation (111), increase the crystallinity degree and surface roughness with increase Cu ratio. UV/Visible measurement revealed the decrease in energy gap from 1.9eV for pure SnS to 1.5 for SnS: Cu (0.05) making these samples suitable f
... Show Morehe concept of small monoform module was introduced by Hadi and Marhun, where a module U is called small monoform if for each non-zero submodule V of U and for every non-zero homomorphism f ∈ Hom R (V, U), implies that ker f is small submodule of V. In this paper the author dualizes this concept; she calls it co-small monoform module. Many fundamental properties of co-small monoform module are given. Partial characterization of co-small monoform module is established. Also, the author dualizes the concept of small quasi-Dedekind modules which given by Hadi and Ghawi. She show that co-small monoform is contained properly in the class of the dual of small quasi-Dedekind modules. Furthermore, some subclasses of co-small monoform are investiga

The migration from IPv4 to IPv6 can not be achieved in a brief period, thus both protocols co-exist at certain years. IETF Next Generation Transition Working Group (NGtrans) developed IPv4/IPv6 transition mechanisms. Since Iraq infrastructure, including universities, companies and institutions still use IPv4 protocol only. This research article tries to highlight, discuss a required transition roadmap and extend the local knowledge and practice on IPv6. Also, it introduces a prototype model using Packet tracer (network simulator) deployed for the design and implementation of IPv6 migration. Finally, it compares and evaluates the performance of IPv6, IPv4 and dual stack using OPNET based on QoS metrics such as throughput, delay and point to

Show MoreThis work presents a comparison between the Convolutional Encoding CE, Parallel Turbo code and Low density Parity Check (LDPC) coding schemes with a MultiUser Single Output MUSO Multi-Carrier Code Division Multiple Access (MC-CDMA) system over multipath fading channels. The decoding technique used in the simulation was iterative decoding since it gives maximum efficiency at higher iterations. Modulation schemes used is Quadrature Amplitude Modulation QAM. An 8 pilot carrier were
used to compensate channel effect with Least Square Estimation method. The channel model used is Long Term Evolution (LTE) channel with Technical Specification TS 25.101v2.10 and 5 MHz bandwidth bandwidth including the channels of indoor to outdoor/ pedestrian
Piracy on phonograms is now, rightly, the crime of the electronic age. Despite the protection sought by States to provide for such registrations, whether at the level of national legislation or international agreements and conventions, but piracy has been and continues to pose a significant threat to the rights of the producers of those recordings, especially as it is a profitable way for hackers to get a lot of money in a way Illegal, which is contrary to the rules of legitimate competition. Hence, this research highlights the legal protection of producers of phonograms in light of the Iraqi Copyright Protection Act No. (3) of 1971, as amended.
The study aimed at knowing the financial consumer about the available protection from financial and banking services, presenting, and examining the evidence of some indicators indicating the reality of financial inclusion in the Iraqi banking system. Therefore, the study sought to know the extent of the level of protection available to the financial consumer as a result of its use of financial and banking services by the Iraqi banking system, and what It is the reality of financial inclusion in the banking system by measuring some financial and banking indicators. The study relies on the two (analytical) and (descriptive) approaches based on the questionnaire form and the data issued by the Central Bank of Iraq (2017-2020). Watch

However, this type of protection, which grants exclusive and monopoly rights to patent owners, came at the expense of developing countries which are considered rich in biodiversity and also at the expense of traditional and poor knowledge of modern technologies. The release of new plant varieties has led to the emergence of biopiracy and looting of the rights of developing countries without a license
This study delves into the realm of advanced cooling techniques by examining the performance of a two-stage parallel flow indirect evaporative cooling system enhanced with aspen pads in the challenging climate of Baghdad. The objective was to achieve average air dry bulb temperatures (43 oC) below the ambient wet bulb temperatures (24.95 oC) with an average relative humidity of 23%, aiming for unparalleled cooling efficiency. The research experiment was carried out in the urban environment of Baghdad, characterized by high temperature conditions. The investigation focused on the potential of the two-stage parallel flow setup, combined with the cooling capability of aspen pads, to surpass the limitat
