In this work, the optical emission characteristics of the ZnO plasma were presented. The plasma parameters: electron temperature (T_e), electron density( n_e), plasma frequency (f_p) and Debye length (λ_D) were  studied with  a spectrometer that collects the spectrum ZnO plasma in air produced by Nd:YAG laser,(λ=1064 nm) at ratio X=0.5 in the range of energy of (700-1000 mJ), duration (10 ns). A factorial experiment (2× 3) in randomized complete block design (RCBD) with three replications was conducted to examine the effect of honeycomb selection method using three interplant distances on yield and its components of two cultivars of bean, Bronco and Strike.  In this paper, we introduce and discuss an algorithm for the numerical solution of two- dimensional fractional partial differential equation with parameter. The algorithm for the numerical solution of this equation is based on implicit and an explicit difference method. Finally, numerical example is provided to illustrate that the numerical method for solving this equation is an effective solution method.

The crude enzyme Nattokinase produced by Bacillus subtilis was used in ripening cheddar cheese by adding three concentration of enzyme 80, 160 and 320mg/Kg beside the control treatment without enzyme, the product was checked for three months to determine humidity, protein, fat, non-protein nitrogen, soluble nitrogen and pH, sensory evaluation was conducted, it was noticed that the variety in protein percentages and the soluble nitrogen percentage during second month of ripening for T2, T3 and T4 treatments were (11.2, 15.54 and 18.48) respectively, in comparison with control which was 7.6%, while in the third month it was (17.37, 20.67 and 22.26) respectively, in comparison with control which was only 10%, on the other hand, non-protein
