هذه الورقة البحثية تهدف الى مناقشة سبل تطوير التعليم العالي في العالم العربي والارتقاء به لخلق راسمال بشري وثقافي قادر على مواجهة تحديات العصر، فالتنمية الاقتصادية في العصر الحالي ما عادت تعتمد على المواد الاولية بل على القيمة الابداعية للانسان التي اصبحت اساسية في المنافسة الحالية بين الشعوب الانسانية و اصبح الفكر المبدع هو المنافس الحقيقي المهم حيث تصنع احدث الاجهزة الحديثة باحجام صغيرة ومواد اولية اقل من السابق بكثير. تساهم الجامعات باهم ابعاد التنمية كونها المسؤولة عن اعداد الكوادر البشرية اعدادا علميا ومساهم في تقليص الفجوة بين شرائح المجتمع من خلال خلق تغير ثقافي وتطويرا للقيم والمفاهيم والاتجاهات لدى طلبتها لينشروها في مختلف الشرائح الاجتماعية. فالتعليم العالي ليس مجرد نقل للمعرفة بل هو المساعدة على إنتاجها من خلال البحث لتكوين رأسمال بشري وثقافي قادر على مواجهة تحديات العصر والعولمة. ان افتقاد الطالب لروح البحث والتقصي والافراط في التعليم اضافة الى العوامل الاجتماعية والاقتصادية و التكنلوجية في الدول العربية يعتبر تحديات للجامعات العربية

Las formas verbales: el infinitivo, el gerundio y el participio, son derivados verbales que se comportan como sustantivos, adverbios o adjetivos, respectivamente; aunque, dado su carácter verbal pueden también funcionar como verbos y, por tanto, como núcleos del predicado.

 El presente trabajo presenta una visión general sobre las formas no personales del verbo en español. Se debe recordar que las formas no personales del verbo tiene funciones y valores dentro de la oración.

  Este trabajo lo dividimos  en dos partes: la primera presenta  un breve marco teórico en que se explica las formas no personales del verbo y como se forman además de sus funciones.

This paper aims to add to the growing body of cognitive translation studies that deal with the translation of emotions and the factors of evaluating the translation process-oriented. Cognitive appraisal is one of the tokens that includes three paradigms of assessing the performance of translation, it can be addressed from the perspective of emotions, intuitions, and individual styles of the SL and the method of transfer into TL. The study hypothesized that translators create a similar emotional charge due to their mental capability to build the same emotional effect in the TL audience.
