ملخص البحث تنوعت اساليب وطرائق التدريب بشكل واسع وكبير وتعددت الاهداف التدريبية تبعا لخصوصية الاداء في النشاط الرياضي الممارس، وكل هذا جعل امام العاملين في الانشطة الرياضية كم كبير من الحلول لمواجهة المشاكل التي تواجههم في اثناء الاعداء للرياضيين، وتعد التمرينات المركبة واحدة من الاساليب التنظيمية للتمرين التي تضم في محتواها تعدد الاداءات خلال التمرين الواحد مما يتيح للاعب تطبيق متطلبات بدنية او مهارية او كلتاهما في اداء واحد مما يسرع من عملية الارتقاء بالمستوى وخصوصا اذا ما كانت هذه التمرينات تشابه الاداء الفعلي للمنافسة مما يجعل اللاعب يؤدي تمرينات مشابهة لما سيواجهه في المنافسة وبالتالي سيكون هناك مردودا ايجابيا كبيرا على مستواه الفني والبدني

Four packing material (Aluminum, Alumina, Glass and Nylon) with range of thermal conductivity (from200 W/m.K for Aluminum to 0.23 W/m.K for Nylon), four particle diameters (1, 3, 5 and 7 cm), inlet velocity ( 0.07, 0.19 and 0.32 m/s) and constant heat flux ( 1000, 2000 and 3000 W/ m 2) were investigated. The discharge was created between two circular metal electrodes of diameter (7.5 cm), separated horizontally by a distance (10 cm) at the two ends of a Pyrex cylindrical tube.
