Thermal Performance of Solar Hot Water Systems Using a Flat Plate Collector of Accelerated Risers
This study focuses on a comparison of the performance of two similar locally-fabricated solar water heaters. One of the collectors features a new design for accelerated absorber; its risers are made of converging ducts whose exit area is half that of the entrance. The other collector is a conventional absorber, with risers of the same cross sectional area along its length. Each collector is the primary part of an indirect thermosyphon circulation solar hot water system. Both collectors face south with a fixed tilt angle of 33.3

Influences of the Twisted Strips Insertion on the Performance of Flat Plate Water Solar Collector

Abstract
In order to enhance the efficiency of flat plate solar water collectors without changing in its original shape and with low additional cost, twisted strips are inserted inside its riser pipes. Three flat plate collectors are used for test. Family of twisted strips are inserted inside each collector risers with different twisted ratios (TR=3,4,5). Recent reports provided evidence that epithelial to mesenchymal transition (EMT) and some matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) contribute to the invasion and metastasis of cancer cells. This study investigated the expression pattern of some EMT markers (E-cadherin and Vimentin) and some MMPs (MMP-2 and MMP-9) in transitional cell carcinoma (TCC). Fifty five paraffin embedded biopsies were included in this study. This study was done to examine different concentrations of mercuric chloride (Hgcl2) for Explants sterilization and different
concentration of NAA) mg/L with 2iP for their effect on initiation primary callus and subsequent embryogenesis in Phoenix
dactyliferae cultivar Barhi. Leaf primordial and shoot tips were excised from 2-3 years old offshoot. The result showed that
contamination percentage decreased with an increase in concentration of Hgcl2 for two explants where in the control (0.0)%
gave highest value 75% and 62.5% of contamination for leaf primordial and shoot tip respectively while the addition (0.1)%

packed cell volume ( pcv) or fresh and dry weight taken weekly for 12 weeks
