The current research aims to identify the level of digital skills of kindergarten teachers, identify the level of professional competence of kindergarten teachers, as well as to identify the relationship between digital skills and the professional competence of kindergarten teachers. The current research was determined by kindergarten teachers in the second Baghdad / Karkh Education Directorate for the academic year (2021-2022). The research sample consisted of (100) teachers chosen in a simple random way. In this research, we studied the effect of concentration carriers on the efficiency of the N749-TiO2 heterogeneous solar cell based on quantum electron transfer theory using a donor-acceptor scenario. The photoelectric properties of the N749-TiO2 interfaces in dye sensitized solar cells DSSCs are calculated using the J-V curves.
