The current research aims to identify the effect of the hands_on strategy on the life effectiveness skills of the first grade students in the government's daytime middle schools. The Umm al-Mu 'minin school was intentionally chosen to be the research sample of the second Rusafa Directorate for the academic year 2021-2022. Then, two divisions were randomly chosen for the first of the six divisions to represent the experimental group that is studying according to the strategy of the hands_on and the other the control group that is studying according to the usual method. The equivalence of the two research groups was verified by a set of variables. The two groups were found to be equivalent. As for the research tool, the life effectiveness scale was adopted, which is represented by eight main areas and forty sub-paragraphs. After applying the scale, it was found that there is a statistically significant difference at the level of (0.05between the average scores of the experimental group students who studied according to the strategy of the hands_on and the average scores of the control group who studied according to the usual experimental method in favor of the group. In light of this, a set of conclusions and conclusions were drawn).
Dysmenorrhea is a common menstrual disorder among young women and is frequently associated with physical discomfort, emotional distress, and functional limitations. Among medical students, the demanding academic environment may further exacerbate its impact. However, data from Iraqi medical students remain limited, despite the potential academic and quality-of-life consequences. This study aimed to identify the effect of resistance training on the biomechanics and accuracy of serve receiving skills in volleyball. Methotrexate (MTX) was used for treatment of malignancies and now is widely used in treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. In this research the evaluation of the effects of MTX on some liver enzymes and lipid profile was studied. Twenty four adult female mice divided into three groups (8 mice each).
