The present paper describes a static model of malware detection and employs a tri-class prevention policy that operates on the EMBER 2024 Win64 partition. A LightGBM classifier trained on 1,040,000 samples and 804 static PE features achieves AUC-ROC = 0.9979, precision = 98.7%, recall = 97.4%, and F1 = 0.9805 on the temporally-split 240,000-sample test set. An innovative Tri-class Threshold Scheme (BLOCK/SUSPICIOUS/ALLOW) obtained by constrained F2-score optimisation on a separate validation set obtains 97.9% malware detection with 98.1% benign pass rate. Efficient model scoring is verified by mean per-sample model inference latency of 2.30 ms (P99: 2.70 ms) measured on pre-extracted EMBER features, future work is characterized by a complete end-to-end pipeline study, which includes feature extraction overhead. McNemar statistical testing is used to compare 5 classifiers across the same temporal splits. Empirical evidence of this is the retraining-based ablation of all nine EMBER v3 feature groups, which shows that none of the group removals leads to an AUC value below 0.996. The interpretability analysis via SHAP shows PE initialised-data section size, Authenticode certificate presence, and exception table structure as the most discriminating malware indicators.
Religion in its general and simplified form is defined as a set of values or moral laws, which include provisions that people should follow to organize their affairs and ratify that they are provisions sent from the divine.
The concept of religion is not limited to the narrower sense represented by the performance of the virtual rituals of worship and religious fashions, etc., but also includes all the moral and spiritual values, conduct and good dealing that reflect the true essence of religion, which boils down to a set of values – such as sincerity, honesty and dedication to work, merciful dealing and compassion, etc. All religions agree on the moral content of religion. The Prophet of Is

The study population consisted of all families residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. To achieve the objectives of the research, the analytical descriptive approach was employed. The study sample consisted of (372) families, among them (84) families with intellectual disabilities, and (288) families without intellectual disabilities. They were chosen from the Saudi community according to what is available for collection in a simple random way, using the standard criteria for the prevention of coronavirus (Covid- 19) Prepared by the resear

Show MoreThe aim of the research is to identify both the re-engineering of management processes and the strategic decision-making process in the research community and determine the nature of the correlation between the two variables and know the relationship between them to achieve the research goal. The researcher used a descriptive and analytical method. The research community consists of a group of professors and staff of the College of Education affiliated to the University of Mustansiriya in Baghdad, which their number were (45), the researcher has distributed the forms to all members of the sample, only (3) forms were excluded for invalidity and thus the number of forms approved in the analysis were (42) forms. In which, the generalization of the elongation and roundness ratio coefficient criterion was modified, which was set in a range between (0-1). This range goes beyond determining the form of the basin, which gives it an elongated or rounded feature, and the ratio has been modified by making it more detailed and accurate in giving the basin a specific form, not only a general characteristic. So, we reached a standard for each of the basins' forms regarding the results of the elongation and circularity ratios. Thus, circular is (1-0.8), and square is (between 0.8-0.6), the blade or oval form is (0.6-0

Show MoreThe Dirichlet process is an important fundamental object in nonparametric Bayesian modelling, applied to a wide range of problems in machine learning, statistics, and bioinformatics, among other fields. This flexible stochastic process models rich data structures with unknown or evolving number of clusters. It is a valuable tool for encoding the true complexity of real-world data in computer models. Our results show that the Dirichlet process improves, both in distribution density and in signal-to-noise ratio, with larger sample size; achieves slow decay rate to its base distribution; has improved convergence and stability; and thrives with a Gaussian base distribution, which is much better than the Gamma distribution. The performance depen

Show MoreThis paper features the modeling and design of a pole placement and output Feedback control technique for the Active Vibration Control (AVC) of a smart flexible cantilever beam for a Single Input Single Output (SISO) case. Measurements and actuation actions done by using patches of piezoelectric layer, it is bonded to the master structure as sensor/actuator at a certain position of the cantilever beam.
The smart structure is modeled based on the concept of piezoelectric theory, Bernoulli -Euler beam theory, using Finite Element Method (FEM) and the state space techniques. The number of modes is reduced using the controllability and observability grammians retaining the first three
dominant vibratory modes, and for the reduced syste
The current study aims to analyze the content of the chemistry book for the third middle grade according to the skills of the 21st century for the academic year (2020-2021). To achieve this goal, a list of 21st century skills to be included in the chemistry book for the third grade was built after a series of literature, research and previous studies, as the 21st century skills tool was built with its main and sub-skills in its initial form consisted of (68) indicators distributed in three main groups and presented the list to a group of specialists in the field of curriculum and teaching methods, Thus the tool was formed in its final form of (59) subissue, and then analyzed the content of the chemistry book for the third grade intermediate
