               The current research aims to demonstrate the relationship of correlation and influence between the independent variable strategic control through its dimensions represented by (organizational structure, human resources management, commitment to specialization, defining powers and responsibilities, values and integrity) and the dependent variable the performance of the insurance company, and the degree of arrangement of these dimensions according to their importance, as well as Detection of significant differences in the sample's response to the questionnaire paragraphs in the researched company, and the research problem

The purpose of this study is to investigate the capability of bacterial DNA compared to bacterial lysate in stimulating arthritis using rat model. One hundred mid-stream urine specimens were collected during November 2012 to January 2013, from patients suffering from urinary tract infections attending hospitals in Baghdad, Iraq. Susceptibility of Staphylococcus aureus isolates to antibiotics was examined. Twenty five isolates were identified as S. aureus and they developed multi drug resistance. S. aureus S1 lyaste and its DNA were intra-articulary injected in rats. The levels of IL-6, anti-ds DNA Ab and leukocytes count were measured. The research aims to shed light on the importance of forensic accounting and its impact on the outcome of the activity of the Iraqi general insurance company by winning the lawsuits filed against the company because the forensic accountant (the judicial expert) possesses the ability to interpret and analyze the data. The research community represents the insurance companies in Iraq. Iraqi insurance, and the researchers adopted the descriptive approach in covering the theoretical aspect and the deductive approach in covering the practical side, depending on the financial statements of the Iraqi insurance company for the years of research.

Radioactive elements were identified in samples of imported coffee consumed in the province of Basra using gamma spectrometry SAM940TM. It is a scintillation detector of NaI(Tl) crystal and the dimensions of 2×2 inch. We have identified specific concentration As(Bq/kg) and annual effective dose D(Sv/y) for radioactive elements (_^40)K, (_^131)I, (_^134)Cs and (_^137)Cs. The estimated average effective dose for adults from coffee samples were found to be 0.037mSv/y, 88.434nSv/y, 46.909nSv/y, 27.212nSv/y for ((_^40)K,(_^131)I,(_^134)Cs,(_^137)Cs) respectively. The present results of the study revealed that the radioactivity was relatively low in the coffee and within the permissiblelimit.

n the present work, a study is carried out to remove chromium (III) from
aqueous solution by: activated charcoal , attapulgite and date palm leaflet powder
(pinnae). The effect of various parameters such as contact time, and temperature has
been studied. The isotherm equilibrium data were well fitted by Freundlich and
Langmuir isotherm models. The adsorption capacity of chromium (III) that was
