Although G6PD deficiency is the most common genetically determined blood disorder among Iraqis, its molecular basis has only recently been studied among the Kurds in North Iraq, while studies focusing on Arabs in other parts of Iraq are still absent.

The drug promethazine hydrochloride (PRZH) forms with rhodium (II) a colored chelate (?max = 472 nm) complex at (pH = 2.1) which is extractable with benzyl alcohol as organic solvent. Under the appropriate experimental conditions a calibration plot was set up from which some analytical parameter were derived and deduced by regression. Standard addition procedure was also adopted. It has been estimated that the concentration of the drug PRZH to be 24.89 mg per unit and 24.19 mg per unit for both calibrations. Through an experimental program of eighteen specimens presented in this paper, the bond strength between reinforcing bar and rubberized concrete was produced by adding waste tire rubber instead of natural aggregate. The fine and coarse aggregate was replaced in 0%, 25%, and 50% with the small pieces of a waste tire. Natural aggregate replacement ratio, rebar size, embedded rebar length, the rebar yield stress of rebar, cover, and concrete compressive strength were studied in this investigation. A sensitive and selective method have been developed for the determination of palladium (II)and platinum (II) . A new reagent and two complexes have been prepared in ethanolic solutions .The method is based on the chelation of metal ions with 4-(4?- pyrazolon azo) resorcinol (APAR) to form intense color soluble products, that are stable and have a maximum absorption at 595 nm and at 463 nm and ?max of 1.11×10 4 and.1.35 ×104 Lmole-1cm-1 for Pd(II) Pt(II) respectively. A linear correlation of (1.4 – 0.2) and (3.2 -0.4 ) ppm for pd(II) pt(II) respectively .The stability constants , relative errors , a relative standard deviations for Pd(II) and Pt(II) were 0.40×105 , 0.4×104 L mol-1 ,0.34 - 0.21% and 2.4 – 0.91% respectively.
