The aims of this thesis are to study the topological space; we introduce a new kind of perfect mappings, namely j-perfect mappings and j-ω-perfect mappings. Furthermore, we devoted to study the relationship between j-perfect mappings and j-ω-perfect mappings. Finally, certain theorems and characterization concerning these concepts are studied. On the other hand, we studied weakly/ strongly forms of ω-perfect mappings, namely -ω-perfect mappings, weakly -ω-perfect mappings and strongly-ω-perfect mappings; also, we investigate their fundamental properties. We devoted to study the relationship between weakly -ω-perfect mappings and strongly -ω-perfect mappings. As well as, some new generalizations of some definitions which are, j-ω-closure converge to a point, j-ω-closure directed toward a set, almost j-ω-converges to a set, almost j-ω-cluster point, a set j-ω-H-closed relative, j-ω-closure continuous mappings, j-ω-weakly continuous mappings, j-ω-compact mappings, j-ω-rigid a set, almost j-ω-closed mappings and j-ω-perfect mappings. Finally, we show that some concepts in bitopological spaces which are nm- j-ω-converges to a subset, nm- j-ω-directed toward a set, nm- j-ω-closed mappings, nm- j-ω-rigid set, nm- j-ω-continuous mappings and the main concept in this work is nm- j-ω-perfect mappings in bitopological spaces. Tench is a cyprinid fish that has undergone human-induced translocations. The natural populations of the species are on the decline due to habitat loss and spawning grounds degradation. The genetic diversity of seven natural populations was investigated to establish the genetic knowledge base for successful conservation efforts and for selective breeding. Twelve microsatellite markers, the sequencing of a 615 bp section of mtDNA (Cytb) and PCR-RFLP analysis of two nuclear markers (Act) and (RpS7) were used to analyze the genetic variation and structure among 175 individuals. Abstract
This paper tackles the theme of alienation as being a concurrent state of human being from birth to death; so extensive is the description of this state by writers. Alienation has been a product of their hard experiences and miserable lives. One such writer is Jean-Marie Gustave le Clézio who was so perfect in describing alienation in his works. Upon so many occasions, he imagined one or more of his characters as living in a chaotic world and so lived safely in alienation.
