The aims of this thesis are to study the topological space; we introduce a new kind of perfect mappings, namely j-perfect mappings and j-ω-perfect mappings. Furthermore, we devoted to study the relationship between j-perfect mappings and j-ω-perfect mappings. Finally, certain theorems and characterization concerning these concepts are studied. On the other hand, we studied weakly/ strongly forms of ω-perfect mappings, namely -ω-perfect mappings, weakly -ω-perfect mappings and strongly-ω-perfect mappings; also, we investigate their fundamental properties. We devoted to study the relationship between weakly -ω-perfect mappings and strongly -ω-perfect mappings. As well as, some new generalizations of some definitions which are, j-ω-closure converge to a point, j-ω-closure directed toward a set, almost j-ω-converges to a set, almost j-ω-cluster point, a set j-ω-H-closed relative, j-ω-closure continuous mappings, j-ω-weakly continuous mappings, j-ω-compact mappings, j-ω-rigid a set, almost j-ω-closed mappings and j-ω-perfect mappings. Finally, we show that some concepts in bitopological spaces which are nm- j-ω-converges to a subset, nm- j-ω-directed toward a set, nm- j-ω-closed mappings, nm- j-ω-rigid set, nm- j-ω-continuous mappings and the main concept in this work is nm- j-ω-perfect mappings in bitopological spaces. This study aimed to develop an oral drug delivery system for gastro-retentive sustained drug release of baclofen by using a 3D printed capsular device since baclofen has a short half-life of 2.5 to 4 hours and has a narrow absorption window. Firstly sustained-release tablets of baclofen were formulated through the hot-melt extrusion of various thermoplastic polymers and direct compression of the extrudate, then a capsular device was designed and 3D printed to contain two air pockets to enable floating of the device and has four windows for drug release.

In this paper, an ecological model with stage-structure in prey population, fear, anti-predator and harvesting are suggested. Lotka-Volterra and Holling type II functional responses have been assumed to describe the feeding processes . The local and global stability of steady points of this model are established. Finally, the global dynamics are studied numerically to investigate the influence of the parameters on the solutions of the system, especially the effect of fear and anti-predation.

Fadak farm project was selected to conduct this study in and to evaluate the state of quality and health indices in term of soil physical properties, where this farm is located in Holly Najaf Governorate. Some physical properties (soil texture, mean weight diameter, bulk density, porosity, infiltration rate, saturated hydraulic conductivity and available water) were selected to assess the quality then health indices, Results showed that classes of moderate and poor soil health were dominated in lands of this farm for physical properties It was noted that the class good of soil health wasnot collaterally appeared in areas for the physical characteristics.
