The study was carried out at field agriculture in Baghdad–Iraq in 2015. For purpose evaluated the performance the selected implements tillage, suitable tire pressure and speed tractor under silt clay loam to measured Effective field capacity, Actual Time for plowing One Donam ( hr), Appearance Tillage ( number of clods > 10 cm), Fuel consumption measure in two unit (L/Donam and L/hr) and Machinery Unit Energy Requirement ( kw.hr / Donam). Split – split plot design under randomized complete block design with three replications using Least Significant Design 5 % was used. Three factor used in this experiment included Two types of plows included Chisel and Disk plows which represented main plot, Three Tires Inflation Pressure was second factor included 1.1, 1.8 and 2.7 Bar, and Three forward speeds tractor of the tillage was third factor included 2.35 , 4.25 and 6.50 km/hr. Results with Chisel plow was the most effective tillage and best result with it. Significant effects in Three factors above in parameter indicators studying.
In this research (100* 40* 4 cm) solar cell panel was used in Baghdad at autumn season (2010), to get best solar cell panel angles experimentally, and then a mirror (40*50 cm) is use to concentrate incident sunlight intensity on a panel. At first case we get (Tilt angle ?P =60°and Surface Azimuth angle ?P =36°E) is the best angles and other case, we add a mirror at angle = 120° at bottom of panel, then we get output power (27.48watt) is bigger than without using a mirror (25.16watt). We can benefit from these cases in variety applications.
The aim of this study to conduct the effects of fimbrial and lipopolysacchride (LPS) immunization is on the pathohistological changes in rabbits, Fifteen rabbits of both sexes (Weight 1500-2000 gm) divided into three groups (5 animals of each group). The Reversed Phase High Performance Liquid Chromatography (RP-HPLC) has been used for the separation of Poly aromatic hydrocarbons(PAHs) by using column Reprosil 100 C 18 which was found to be a suitable one for this purpose. The present study was performed to evaluate the interaction of silibinin with pilocarpine or cyclopentolate in lowering IOP in normotensive rabbits. The effects of topically instilled silibinin hemisuccinate solution (0.75%) alone or adjunctly combined with 2% pilocarpine or 1% cyclopentolate on the IOP of normotensive rabbits were evaluated using indentation tonometry. Two hundred samples of PIF were taken from the infected hospital infants who used this type of milk and from the local markets in addition to 16 sample of raw milk were collected.
