Antifungal Activity of Some New Binuclear Complexes
...Show More Authors

Three complexes of copper(II) and iron(II) with mixed ligands acetylacetonebis(thio-semicarbazone)- ABTSH2 and benzaldazine- BA have been prepared and characterized using different physico-chemical techniques including the determination of metal contents, mole-cular weight, measurement of molar conductivity, magnetic moment, molar refraction, infrared and electronic spectra. Accordingly, octahedral complexes having general formulaes [Cu2(ABTSH2)2(BA)2Cl2]Cl2 and [M2(ABTSH2)2(BA)2(SO4)2] {M= Cu(II) or (Fe(II)} have been proposed. The resulted complexes screened for antifungal activity in vitro against the citrus pathogen Aspergillus niger and Fusarium sp. which caused root rot of sugar and the beans pathogen Alternaria sp. All the complex

Cytotoxic and Antibacterial Activity of Yttrium Oxide Nanoparticle Y2O3 Against Serratia Fonticuli and Citrobacter Kasseri Isolated fFrom Cholangitis Patients
...Show More Authors

The rise of antibiotic-resistant bacteria necessitates the exploration of novel antimicrobial agents. Yttrium oxide nanoparticles (Y₂O₃) have shown potential due to their unique physicochemical properties and antibacterial activities against various pathogens. This study investigates the cytotoxic and antibacterial effects of Y₂O₃ nanoparticles against Serratia fonticuli and Citrobacter koseri, bacteria isolated from cholangitis patients. Bacterial strains were isolated from bile specimens and confirmed using standard microbiological techniques. The methods of X-ray diffraction (XRD), (SEM), and Frequency transform-infrared spectroscopic (FT-IR) were used to characterize YO₃ particles. Using a microdilution technique, the minimum

The concept of the separation worry is considered one of the common disorders in children. The causes and effects of this worry influence the child mental and cognitive ability and the child ability to communicate with others, has friendship and the ability of adaptive with the environment, peers and teachers and it also influences the child's academic and social performance.
The importance of this study is represented in handling the working memory, one of important subject in cognitive psychology. Many universal studies show that the working memory is very important in several daily functions such as continuous attention, followinstructions, implement instructions of many steps, the moment of information remembering and keep focusin

Investigation of antimicrobial activities of bioactive compound against Pseudomonas aeruginousa isolated from burns infections
...Show More Authors

Forty-five samples in total there are just twenty isolates of Pseudomonas aeruginousa. Over the period of four months, from January 2025 to April 2025, a variety of clinical samples were gathered from numerous hospitals in Baghdad, including Al-Sader, Ibn Al-Balady, Fatima Al-Zahraa, and Al-Imam Ali Hospitals. The clinical samples of patients with burns infections were included. The Vitek 2 compact and a biochemical test verified that all isolates were cultivated on king A, king B, ctrmide agar, macConkey agar, and blood agar. Using the disk diffusion technique, the susceptibility of P. aeruginousa isolates to 16 antibiotics from various classes was determined. P. aeruginousa isolates exhibited strong resistance to the majority of t

This study sheds light on the syndromes (grammatical pairs) in the section of sympathy, especially the affection and sympathy according to the normative rule governed by the synthetic correlation of the elements of the Arabic sentence and their structural composition, which leads to a verbal presumption governing their association with each other (called).
One of the syndromes of the grammarians is that which is between the emotion and his income, so they follow their functional and structural conditions, and they have also noticed a phenomenon that leads to their incompatibility and prevents their direct contact through the occurrence of a separation between them resulting in their separation, which is called separation. 2,2'-(1-(3,4-bis(carboxydichloromethoxy)-5-oxo-2,5-dihydrofuran-2-yl)ethane-1,2-diyl)bis(oxy)bis(2,2-dichloroacetic acid) a derivative of L-ascorbic acid was prepared by reaction of L-ascorbic acid with trichloroacetic acid (1:4) ratio, in the presence of potassium hydroxide. A series of new metal complexes of this ligand were prepared by a reaction with the chlorides of Cd(II), Co(II), Ni(II), Cu(II) and Zn(II). The new ligand and its complexes were identified by C.H.N., IR, UV-visible spectra, Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA), as well as 1H, 13C-NMR and Mass spectra for ligand L. The complexes were also identified by molar conductance, atomic absorption, magnetic susceptibility and X-ray diffraction for Cu (II) complex. FT-IR spectra
