To evaluate the Interaction of Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II),Cu(II), Zn(II) And Cd(II) Mixed- Ligand Complexes of cephalexin mono hydrate (antibiotics) And Furan-2-Carboxylic Acid To The Different DNA Sources. All the metal complexes were observed to cleave the DNA. A difference in the bands of complexes .The cleavage efficiency of the complexes compared with that of the control is due to their efficient DNA-binding ability and the other factors like solubility and bond length between the metal and ligand may also increase the DNA-binding ability. The ligands (Cephalexin mono hydrate (antibiotics) and Furan-2- Carboxylic acid and there newly synthesized metal complexes shows good antimicrobial activities and Binding DNA , thus, can be used as a new drug of choice in the field of pharmacy. And for formulating novel medicinal agents.
A dispersive liquid-liquid microextraction combines with UV-V is spectrophotometry for the preconcentration and determination of Mefenamic acid in pharmaceutical preparation was developed and introduced. The proposed method is based on the formation of charge transfer complexation between mefenamic acid and chloranil as an n-electron donor and a p-acceptor, respectively to form a violet chromogen complex measured at 542 nm. The important parameters affecting the efficiency of DLLME were evaluated and optimized. Under the optimum conditions, the calibration graphs of standard and drug, were ranged 0.03-10 µg mL-1. The objective of the current research is to determine the potential of LAB as a probiotic that has been obtained from Dengke Naniura. Dengke Naniura was traditionally prepared from Cyprinus carpio. This Study is conducted to evaluate effects of (leaves, fruits) powder and (oil, alcohol) extract of Coriander (Coriandrum sativum) plant on some biological and physiological aspects of House fly, Musca domestica at laboratory conditions. Result show that these preparations caused biological effects represented in high dead percentage in second instar, fed on different concentrations of food treated with them reached to 27.6, 55.3 at concentration 20% of leaf and fruit powder respectively and 67.3, 77.2% at 10% of oil and alcohol extract of fruit, respectively.
