To evaluate the Interaction of Mn(II), Fe(II), Co(II), Ni(II),Cu(II), Zn(II) And Cd(II) Mixed- Ligand Complexes of cephalexin mono hydrate (antibiotics) And Furan-2-Carboxylic Acid To The Different DNA Sources. All the metal complexes were observed to cleave the DNA. A difference in the bands of complexes .The cleavage efficiency of the complexes compared with that of the control is due to their efficient DNA-binding ability and the other factors like solubility and bond length between the metal and ligand may also increase the DNA-binding ability. The ligands (Cephalexin mono hydrate (antibiotics) and Furan-2- Carboxylic acid and there newly synthesized metal complexes shows good antimicrobial activities and Binding DNA , thus, can be used as a new drug of choice in the field of pharmacy. And for formulating novel medicinal agents.

Background: Alum has been used as a treatment medication in cases of oral and gingival ulcers, and also as antiseptic mouthwash. This study aimed to examine the effects of different concentrations of Alum on inhibition zone, viability counts and adherence ability of Mutans streptococci compared with deionized water and chlorhexidine gluconate in vitro. the current study Included, evaluation the impact of Nitrofurantoin drug on liver in albino mice, 128 male albino mice have been used . Animals treared with (150,200 Mg/Kg) for 8 weeks . NFI caused histological changes in liver represented by , swelling of hepatocytes, disappearance of radial arrangement , vaculation of liver cells , increasing of kupffer cells and appearance of giant cells. NFT caused Congestion of blood vessels and infiltration of inflammatory cells in liver in all used concentrations.
