The Sr doped La1Ba1-xSrx Ca2Cu4O8.5+δ samples with 0 ≤ x ≤ 0.3 had been prepared using the solid state reaction. The samples were claimed at 800°C for 3hr, palletized and sintered at 860°C for 20hr in air . Dielectric constant and loss by means of capacitance have been investigated with frequencies in the range of 1kHZ to 1MHZ for our samples at room temperature. Also, Shore hardness has been measured. The dielectric constant and loss decrease slightly with the increase of frequency for all compounds. Calculations of sputtering yield for Lithium,Sodium and Krypton bombarded by the same own ions are achieved by using TRIM program.The relation of angular dependent of sputtering yield for each ion/target is studied. Also, the dependence of the sputtering yield of target on the energy of the same ion is discussed and plotted graphically. Many researchers applied polynomials function to fit the sputtering data from experimental and simulation programs, however, we suggest to use Ior function for fitting the angular distribution of the sputtering yield. A New data for fitting coefficients of the used ion/target are presented by applying used function for the dependence of the sputtering yield on the ion energy.

A fast laser texturing technique has been utilized to produce micro/nano surface textures in Silicon by means of UV femtosecond laser. We have prepared good absorber surface for photovoltaic cells. The textured Silicon surface absorbs the incident light greater than the non-textured surface. The results show a photovoltaic current increase about 21.3% for photovoltaic cell with two-dimensional pattern as compared to the same cell without texturing.

One hundred and eighty five urine samples were collected eight isolates (4.3%) were obtained and diagnosed as Staphylococcus aureus. Among 8 isolates, 5 (62.5%) S. aureus isolates were found to be enterotoxigenic, most of isolates produced at least two types of Staphylococcal enterotoxins (SEs). The production of enterotoxins in the presence or absence of Thymol extracts (aqueous and alcoholic) were estimated using a reversed passive latex agglutination (SET-RPLA) kit.
