Starting from the reaction of 2- amino thiazole with 4- bromo phenyl bromide to produce 5-(4-bromo phenyl) imidazo (2, 1-b) thiazoles, following by introduce the substituted aminomethyl at position 6-by reacting with different aromatic amines under Mannich conditions to afford 6-secondary amine-5-(4-bromo phenyl) imidazo (2,1-b) thiazole in high yields.

In the present work, the radioactivity of ten soil specimens has been measured, which were gathered from various sites from AL-Taimeem area in Al-Anbar province, The qualitative activity of natural radionuclides ²³⁸U, ²³²Th and ⁴⁰K for soil specimens were evaluated by utilizing gamma-ray spectroscopy with NaI(Tl) detector of (3"×3") dimension. This study was conducted at the poultry farm located in the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, University of Baghdad, Abu Gharib (the old site), and laboratories of the Animal Production Department, Jadriya, to investigate the effect of adding hydrogen peroxide H2O2 at nanoscale levels to semen diluents of local roosters sperm in a number of semen characteristics. In this study, 80 roosters local Iraqi chickens were used, the roosters were trained three times a week, to collect semen, until the largest number of them responded.
