           The aim of the research is to demonstrate the impact of the salary localization service in enhancing banking competitive advantage. In order to achieve this goal, salary localization was chosen as an independent variable and its impact was studied on the dependent variable, which is the competitive advantage. The transition states that Iraq economy lived it after 2003, and the change in tools used by monetary policy based on C.B.I law 56 in 2004, under the especially situation for the economy (structural imbalances and the weakness of banking & financial sector).

The monetary policy adopted the inflation targeting policy to mantain the monetary stability in the economy and considered it an incubator for future growth. range (373-473)  K.   The  result of  X-ray di ffraction spectrum  was showing  that  all  the  specimens  remained  in  amorphous structure before and after annealing  process. This paper studied the effect of annealing  temperature as  a  function of  wavelength on  the optical energy gap and optical constants for the a-Ge:As thin  films .
