New hydrazide compounds (A2) and (A9) were prepared from their corresponding esters (A1, A8) .These esters were also prepared from their precursors 5-ethoxy carbonyl-(4methoxyphenyl)-6-methyl-1,2,3,4-tetrahydropyrimidine-2-thione (A1) via multicomponent reaction type and from hippuric acid respectively. The hydrazide compounds were then allowed to react with some aldehydes forming the corresponding hydrazones (A3-7) and (A1014). The synthesized compounds were characterized by IR, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, and Mass spectroscopies and well discussed. .

This study aimed to determine the possibility of culturing genus Artemia in under laboratory conditions for locally culturing and producing. Different salinity concentrations were used, ranging from 5-40g/l . the results showed that the concentration 30g/l is the best for hatching. This concentration recorded hatching efficiency of 68800 nauplii/g cysts and hatching percentage of 45.86%, while the concentration 5g/l recorded less hatching efficiency and hatching percentage of 20266 nauplii/g and 13.5% respectively . This study was design to characterize the immune response in experimentally Pseudomonas aeruginosa mastitis mice treated probiotic bifidocin and cazacin of Bifidobacterium spp. and Lactobacillus casei. We quantified the level of the IFN-γ and TNF-α cytokines in blood by ELISA technique. IFN-γ level was significantly higher in infected group compared to control (340.21 ± 41.61, 8.45 ± 0.83 pg/ml, respectively). While the level of IFN-γ was significantly higher in mastitis mice than bifidocin and cazacin treated mice.
