يعد موضوع التنافس بين القوى الكبرى من الموضوعات المستقبلية المهمة التي تؤشر لنا جانبا من صور العلاقات الدولية التي تتسم بالصراع والتعاون من ناحية، والتعاون والتنافس من ناحية أخرى، وبقدر تعلق الموضوع بالمنطقة العربية التي تعد إحدى أهم المناطق العالمية إثارة في مستوى التفاعلات بأنساقها المختلفة، كونها منطقة لازالت محكومة بعوامل غير مستقرة، تشكل نافذة فاعلة لتدخلات القوى الكبرى الساعية إلى إعادة تشكيل المديات الجيوبوليتكية لهذه المنطقة وفقا لطبيعة الفرص والمخاطر التي تتوافر للمخطط الاستراتيجي الروسي والأمريكي ضمن إطار فلسفة جيوستراتيجية جديدة للتعامل مع جغرافية النزاعات الجديدة، ولاسيما التي تشهدها المنطقة العربية لمرحلة ما بعد أحداث الربيع العربي. إن الاهتمام بدراسة ظاهرة التنافس الأمريكي- الروسي إنما تعكس لنا جانبا من مسارات العلاقات الدولية والإقليمية في المنطقة العربية، فالمسار التاريخي لعلاقات روسيا مع المنطقة العربية وتقلص مديات نفوذها ودورها الريادي لمرحلة ما بعد الحرب الباردة، ولاسيما بعد بروز الولايات المتحدة كقطب أحادي يتحكم في إدارة وضبط التفاعلات الدولية والإقليمية، الأمر الذي دفع إلى التحول في توجهات روسيا الاتحادية تجاه المنطقة العربية لإضفاء نقلة نوعية في الأداء الاستراتيجي الذي يستند إلى إدراك التحول في ميزان القوى العالمية، ومن ثم رسم سياسات منطقية وعقلانية للتعامل معه، فضلا عن الفرص المتاحة لإعادة تفعيل أدوارها في المنطقة العربية مما يسهم في بيان القدرة التنافسية في السلوك السياسي الخارجي الأمريكي- الروسي حيال المنطقة العربية بوصفهما فاعلين أساسيين في العلاقات الدولية. وعليه فأن البحث في موضوع إشكالية التنافس الأمريكي- الروسي عن طريق دراسة أنساق السلوك السياسي الخارجي حيال المنطقة العربية (دراسة حالة سوريا) يندرج ضمن أطار يتسم بالدينامية في أنساق العلاقات الأمريكية- الروسية، كون الدولتين من الدول المؤثرة في تفاعلات النظامين الدولي والإقليمي، لاسيما إن كل من الدولتين محكومتين بأهداف داخلية تتمثل بالرغبة بالريادة العالمية وتعزيز الرفاهية الداخلية، وتلك الأهداف تقود كل منهما إلى توظيف وسائل مختلفة لتحقيقها في أطار أنساق العلاقات المتبادلة التي تتسم بخاصية التنافس لكل منهما، ففي المنطقة العربية كان مجال التنافس الحيوي فرصة لتتوسع وتتفاعل مصالحهما، وتدفع إلى بلورة مصالح وسياسات ومنافع ليس للولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وروسيا الاتحادية فحسب وإنما المنطقة العربية، كون التنافس يدفع إلى تعزيز كل من الدولتين لقدراتهما التنافسية في المجالات السياسية والاقتصادية والعسكرية- الأمنية، لاسيما إن التنافس بين الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وروسيا الاتحادية تجاه المنطقة العربية لا يمكن اختزاله في مجال واحد فقط، وهذا يعكس لنا وجود اختلاف واضح في التوجهات الإستراتيجية لكل منهما حيال المنطقة العربية نتيجة لتصادم المصالح، إذ اتجهت روسيا الاتحادية إلى انتهاج سلوك سياسي خارجي متوازن تجاه الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية بعد أحداث 11 أيلول 2001، يستند على تعزيز نهج الاستقلالية، وكسب المصالح عن طريق توظيف الفرص الناجمة عن تورط الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في أحداث المنطقة العربية ( الحرب على العراق 2003) والتقاطعات في العلاقات الأمريكية- الإيرانية،ومن ثم أصبحت روسيا تمتلك القدرة على تقديم نفسها كبديل جديد للمنطقة العربية يمكن التحالف معه بشكل موثوق أكثر من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية التي لم تقدم حلول جوهرية للكثير من الأزمات التي تعاني منها المنطقة العربية، ولكن هذا لا يعد مؤشرا على مستوى التطور في طريقة التعامل مع المنطقة العربية، فكلا الدولتين تستند إلى حسابات التخطيط الاستراتيجي فيما يتعلق بالفرص والمعوقات في مناطق العالم المختلفة. ، إلا إن تحديد المصلحة ومستواها هو الذي يحدد طبيعة العلاقة ومدى تطورها، لان ما يثير الاهتمام بالنسبة للعلاقات الأمريكية- الروسية هي أنها بالرغم من تعدد وسائل ومجالات التنافس بين الدولتين إلا إن مناطق النفوذ الاستراتيجي في العالم مختلفة في صياغة توجهات ورؤى الدولتين

Abstract
In this paper presents two dimensional turbulent flow of different nanofluids and ribs configuration in a circular tube have been numerically investigation using FLUENT 6.3.26. Two samples of CuO and, ZnO nanoparticles with 2% v/v concentration and 40 nm as nanoparticle diameter combined with trapezoidalribs with aspect ratio of p/d=5.72 in a constant tube surface heat flux were conducted for simulation. The results showed that heat flow as Nusselt number for all cases raises with Reynolds number and volume fraction of nanofluid, likewise the results also reveal that ZnO with volume fractions of 2% in trapezoidal ribs offered highest Nusselt number at Reynolds number of Re= 30000.
