Compound 4-(((6-amino-7H-[1,2,4]triazolo[3,4-b][1,3,4]thiadiazin-3-yl)methoxy)methyl)- 2,6-dimethoxyphenol (6) was synthesized by multi steps. Ninety female rats with age (9-10 weeks) and weight (200±20 g) were divided into three major groups of thirty rats. The present report depicts a convenient route for the synthesis of new N-Mannich bases from Ciprofloxacin (CP) drug.
