Abstract This study examines the patterns of women's participation in foreign policymaking and analyzes the extent to which their integration into diplomatic institutions contributes to strengthening the effectiveness of foreign policy decision-making. It focuses on the institutional and administrative frameworks that have facilitated women's access to diplomatic leadership positions and decision-making processes within ministries of foreign affairs and other foreign policy institutions. The study assumes that the effectiveness of women's participation is determined not merely by their numerical representation but by the extent to which such participation is supported by institutional reforms founded on merit, transparency, and professional competence. To achieve its objectives, the study employs descriptive-analytical and comparative approaches 3251 to examine selected international experiences from both advanced and emerging countries, including Sweden, Finland, Canada, India, Rwanda, and Mexico. The findings indicate that the success of women's integration into foreign policy institutions depends primarily on institutional capacity, merit-based recruitment, transparent promotion systems, and sustained administrative reform rather than on numerical representation alone. The study further concludes that greater participation has contributed to improving institutional performance, diversifying policy perspectives, and strengthening diplomatic engagement in areas such as peacebuilding, international cooperation, and sustainable development, without fundamentally altering the strategic objectives of national foreign policies.

Mid-regional pro-adrenomedullin (MR-proADM) peptide which secreted in an equimolar concentration to ADM used to quantify ADM in plasma since it has longer half-life with more availability than ADM and for that reason the present study determine the serum MR-proADM level in the plasma of pregnant women with and without GDM and determine any potential correlation between MR-proADM and gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) in an observational case–control study conducted on

Everywhere carriers incur a measure of liability for the safety of the goods. Carriers are liable for any damage or for the loss of the goods that are in their possession as carriers unless they prove that the damage or loss is attributable to certain excepted causes. Damaged and lost items can unfortunately be a common problem when shipping freight. Legal responsibilities arise due to loss or damage during transit while cargo is in their care. Adiponectin is the most abundant adipokine. It has insulin-sensitizing, anti-atherogenic, and antiinflammatory actions. Objective: Low adiponectin levels in women with PCOS have been largely attributed to obesity which is common among these patients. Therefore, the aim of this study was to measure adiponectin levels in normal weight women with PCOS and its contribution to development of disease.Subjects and Methods: Fifty two (52) women were included in this study with age ra

Different fatty acids exert various effects on intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), which needs further studies to uncover the involved mechanisms. Objectives: To assess FF fatty acids in women undergoing ICSI and to correlate them with ICSI parameters, namely the total count of aspirated oocytes, oocyte maturation rate, fertilization rate and percentage of good-quality embryos. Methods: Fifty women undergoing ICSI were enrolled in this cross-sectional study. FF samples were collected during oocyte retrieval and were analyzed for fatty acids using gas chromatography. Fa
