Abstract This study examines the patterns of women's participation in foreign policymaking and analyzes the extent to which their integration into diplomatic institutions contributes to strengthening the effectiveness of foreign policy decision-making. It focuses on the institutional and administrative frameworks that have facilitated women's access to diplomatic leadership positions and decision-making processes within ministries of foreign affairs and other foreign policy institutions. The study assumes that the effectiveness of women's participation is determined not merely by their numerical representation but by the extent to which such participation is supported by institutional reforms founded on merit, transparency, and professional competence. To achieve its objectives, the study employs descriptive-analytical and comparative approaches 3251 to examine selected international experiences from both advanced and emerging countries, including Sweden, Finland, Canada, India, Rwanda, and Mexico. The findings indicate that the success of women's integration into foreign policy institutions depends primarily on institutional capacity, merit-based recruitment, transparent promotion systems, and sustained administrative reform rather than on numerical representation alone. The study further concludes that greater participation has contributed to improving institutional performance, diversifying policy perspectives, and strengthening diplomatic engagement in areas such as peacebuilding, international cooperation, and sustainable development, without fundamentally altering the strategic objectives of national foreign policies.

signs of urinary tract infection.
Aim of study: To evaluate the frequency of
bacteriuria according to age, pregnancy, and type II

Patients and Methods: A total of 125 female
individuals were involved. The study participants
were classified into the following groups: nonpregnant
women with type II diabetes mellitus,

The oxidative stress is result of unbalancing between oxidants and antioxidants in the body. Hypertension (HT) is a measure of average systolic blood pressure which created by the heart contracting, greater ?140 mmHg or an average diastolic blood pressure, which is the heart fills, of ?equal to 90 mmHg. The study is conducted on 28 female patients with HT from Ibn Al-nafese hospital in addition to 28 female control. The markers measured are albumin, malondialdehyde (MDA) and 8-Hydroxy deoxyguanosine (8-OHdG). Also electrophoresis study on extracted DNA with Fenton reaction was done. The aim of this study was to assess the frequency of hyperprolactinemia in women with SLE and to evaluate its correlation with disease flares. Serum prolactin levels were measured in 62 women with SLE and 50 age- and sex-matched healthy controls. In patients and control groups prolactin levels were determined by immunoradiometric assay (IRMA). The prolactin level was found to be higher than normal rang in (40.3%) of SLE patients in active stage versus only (8.06%) of the same SLE patients but in the inactive stage and in (4%) of control group, the elevation was ranging between mi
