Diabetes mellitus can be defined as  a metabolic disorder disease .Complication  of diabetes  are due to diabetic nephropathy .This study was done in vitro to study the effect of different concentrations of erlotinib inhibitor ( tyrosine kinase inhibitor) on electrolyte levels (Mg⁺²,Ca⁺²,Na⁺) in sera of Iraqi patients with  newly diagnosis type2 diabetes and diabetic nephropathy in addition to find the best percentage inhibition for utilizing different concentrations from erlotinib (6.97x10⁻⁷, 9.30x10⁻⁷ ,1.16x10⁻⁶,1.39x10⁻⁶ ,1.62x10⁻⁵ )molar  on electrolyte levels .       Cadmium Oxide films have been prepared by vacuum evaporation technique on a glass substrate at room temperature. Structural and optical properties of the films are studied at different annealing temperatures (375 and 475) ËšC, for the thickness (450) nm at one hour. The crystal structure of the samples was studied by X- ray diffraction. The highest value of the absorbance is equal to (78%) in the wavelength (530) nm, at annealing temperature (375) ËšC. The value of at a rate of deposition is (10) nm/s. The value of optical energy gap found is equal to (2.22) eV.

Methodology: The produced nanoparticles have an average particle size of about 30 nm. Eighteen male albino rats were used by dividing them into three groups, each group comprise 6 rats.
