This work aims to show the nature of the relationship between management by walking around  (the independent variable) and strategic renewal (the dependent variable), as well as it shows the effect of the independent variable on the dependent variable. Nanoferrite materials have been synthesized by sol-gel auto combustion method. The effect of doping different percentages of Y₂O₃ (0.34 µm) on the physical and mechanical properties of selected mixed ferrite [(Li_2.5Fe_0.5) 0.9(Co₄Fe₂O₄) _0.1] by adding 10% Cobalt ferrite was studied. This paper is an attempt to demonstrate the syntactic behavior of -ly adverbs and -ly adjectives. It mainly deals with -ly as an inflectional suffix that forms adverbs and adjectives It is hypothesized that there are differences between adjective-forming –ly and adverb-forming –ly.The researcher first made general and specific observations about the morphological processes of -ly adverbs and -ly adjectives. Since the study focuses on a linguistic phenomenon, its data is a set of -ly adverbs and -ly adjectives used as examples to support the hypothesis.
