Smart cities have been considered as a focal point in many research and fields of study, and a major target for national, international policies, and strategies including the urban aspects; Is the smart city a reality or an ambition by researchers. As the world’s population increases and the demands resulting from the expansion and growth of urbanization increase, architects and urban engineers face economic, political, social, and technological challenges to solve problems, Population increases that have stressed the burden on the urban structure and increased the consumption of resources. It is necessary to strengthen existing cities as they are a powerful engine for economic growth and sustainable development. Hence, the research question emerged about the possibility of transforming existing cities into smart cities. The research turned to solving the research problem by analyzing international examples of smart cities and benefiting from their experiences. In the results make, discuss and assess Baghdad City Readiness checklist for Transformation towards Smart Cities. research concluded that the city is a physical place that can be the site of digital and sustainable projects with a set of indicators to transform current cities into smart cities.
Objective: Assessment of primary schools science teachers' knowledge towards health promotion in Baghdad City.
Methodology: A descriptive study was conducted at (100) primary school at Al-Rasafa, and Al-Karkh sectors in
Baghdad City, from November 29th 2007 to January 20th 2009. A probability stratified random sample of (100)
teachers who teach science subject was selected, and had at least one year of employment in the teaching field. A

questionnaire were (205) items. The first part was related to the demographic data of the teachers, the second part
(six sections) was concerned with teachers' knowledge about
The complexity and variety of language included in policy and academic documents make the automatic classification of research papers based on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) somewhat difficult. Using both pre-trained and contextual word embeddings to increase semantic understanding, this study presents a complete deep learning pipeline combining Bidirectional Long Short-Term Memory (BiLSTM) and Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures which aims primarily to improve the comprehensibility and accuracy of SDG text classification, thereby enabling more effective policy monitoring and research evaluation. Successful document representation via Global Vector (GloVe), Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Tra

The emergence of the political system may have come about as a result of balancing the competing forces within society today as a basis for collective action. The country's march in Iraq was not a result of a series of gradual transitions such as the established ones. For almost a century, there was an extraordinary succession of succession. At each of the three stages of the state there was an internal or external change. They change or disintegrate and others appear. The investigation of such hazardous network attacks in the cloud network requires comprehensive network forensics methods (NFM) to identify the source of the attack. However, cloud computing lacks NFM to identify the network attacks that affect various cloud resources by disseminating through cloud networks. In this paper, the study is motivated by the need to find the applicability of current (C-NFMs) for cloud networks of the cloud computing. The applicability is evaluated based on strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) to outlook the cloud network. T
