In the idea of interim administration, we find a wide application of the idea of the work of the Department as the need arises to put money under guard when there is a dispute, claiming the existence or right of two or more people, and the task of the guard is to keep the thing and maintain and manage until the dispute is resolved, The reason for this is the right of the person to prove it to him. The reason for the guard may be the signing of a reservation on the matter. A guard is needed until the execution procedures are completed. The guard may be in agreement with the contestants. And thus require the need to search divided by two requirements we allocate the first requirement of the concept of custody and types, and we meet the second requirement for the work of management issued by the guard.

Different factors have been examined to be related with the prevalence of Girdiasis in the north of Baghdad in human beings which were (gender, age , occupation ,family size,faecal status and presence of domestic animals) during the period from the beginning of April 2009 till the end of March 2010. From the study of climate reality of the basin between 1990-
2013and assessment of the basic climate transactions, it was found
that the annual rate of rainfall is 253.02 mm, the relative humidity
(44.4%), the temperature (21.3 ◦C), wind speed (2.08 m /sec.),
sunshine (8.27 h/day) and evaporation of the basin class (a) (271.98
mm) and corrected potential evapotranspiration (80.03 mm). The
results of the data analysis show that, there are
