It is often necessary to maintain a financial or financial burden that is impossible for the owner to manage his own money for one reason or another, the appointment of a temporary manager who manages these funds, we find the legislator resort in such a case to appoint a manager to temporarily save and manage the funds, The appointment of the interim director in the event that the legislator does not provide for his appointment. In the idea of interim administration, we find a wide application of the idea of the work of the Department as the need arises to put money under guard when there is a dispute, claiming the existence or right of two or more people, and the task of the guard is to keep the thing and maintain and manage until the dispute is resolved, The reason for this is the right of the person to prove it to him. The reason for the guard may be the signing of a reservation on the matter. A guard is needed until the execution procedures are completed. The guard may be in agreement with the contestants. And thus require the need to search divided by two requirements we allocate the first requirement of the concept of custody and types, and we meet the second requirement for the work of management issued by the guard.
This study aims to explain the purposes of thinking in light of the Holy Qur’an. The study adopted the deductive method by analyzing the meanings of the eighteen thinking verses mentioned in the Holy Qur’an That is by referring to the ancient and contemporary book interpretations and inferring the purposes of thinking from the context of those verses. Kinetic and mechanism studies of the oxidation of oxalic acid by Cerium sulphate have been carried out in acid medium sulphuric acid. The uv- vis. Spectrophotometric technique was used to follow up the reaction and the selected wavelength to be followed was 320 nm. The kinetic study showed that the order of reaction is first order in Ce(IV) and fractional in oxalic acid. The effect of using different concentration of sulphuric acid on the rate of the reaction has been studied a and it was found that the rate decreased with increasing the acid concentration. Classical organic tests was used to identify the product of the oxidation reaction, the product was just bubbles of CO2.
This research includes a study of dezincification by corrosion from brass alloys in three types of media, which are acidic solution, basic and slat solution in different percentages. The study show the higher dezincification occurs in basic solution which decrease the fatigue properties where the fatigue properties are inversely proportional with dezincification.

This research studies the influence of water source on the compressive strength of high strength concrete. Four types of water source were adopted in both mixing and curing process these are river, tap, well and drainage water (all from Iraq-Diyala governorate). Chemical analysis was carried out for all types of the used water including (pH, total dissolved solids (TDS), Turbidity, chloride, total suspended solid (TSS), and sulfates).
