The predilection for 5G telemedicine networks has piqued the interest of industry researchers and academics. The most significant barrier to global telemedicine adoption is to achieve a secure and efficient transport of patients, which has two critical responsibilities. The first is to get the patient to the nearest hospital as quickly as possible, and the second is to keep the connection secure while traveling to the hospital. As a result, a new network scheme has been suggested to expand the medical delivery system, which is an agile network scheme to securely redirect ambulance motorbikes to the nearest hospital in emergency cases. This research provides a secured and efficient telemedicine transport strategy compatible with the vehicle social network (VSN). The proposed telemedicine method should find the best ambulance motorbike route for getting patients to the hospital as quickly as possible. This approach also enables the secure exchange of information between ambulance motorbikes and hospitals. Ant colony optimization (ACO) is utilized as a SWARM technique to expand the capabilities of 5G-wireless mesh networks to determine the best path. To secure communication, the secure socket layer (SSL), which is boosted once by the advanced encryption standard (AES), has achieved a new suggested scheme as a cybersecurity approach. According to the performance evaluation, this approach will determine the optimal route for motorbike ambulances. Additionally, this technique establishes a secure connection between ambulance motorbikes and the hospital. The study enhances telemedicine transportation.
One of the most recent research areas in subsurface applications, including well drilling, is the use of eco-friendly and sustainably synthesized nanoparticles to improve drilling fluid efficiency. Typically, Shale formations present significant challenges to traditional drilling fluids, including fluid infiltration and shale swelling, which jeopardize wellbore stability. Although water-based drilling fluids (WBM) are environmentally preferred, their performance often requires enhancement through advanced additives. This study thus examines the synthesis of silica (SiO₂) and alumina (Al₂O₃) nanoparticles (NPs) using sustainable methods, employing Iraqi bentonite for silica and recycled aluminum scrap for alumina, to improve WBM effici

The three qualitative multi-method studies that are commonly used in empirical studies, namely, brainstorming, focus group discussions and semi-structured individual interviews were considered. Twenty
ABSTRACT This study presents an efficient approach for the separation and preconcentration of norepinephrine (NOR) from pharmaceutical formulations, environmental water, and human urine samples using a dispersive micro – solid phase extraction (DμSPE) technique employing magnetic nanoadsorbents. Two adsorbents, Fe3O4@TTAB and Fe3 O4@SiO2@TTAB, were prepared by functionalising iron oxide and silicacoated iron oxide nanoparticles with the cationic surfactant tetradecyltrimethylammonium bromide (TTAB). NOR was first converted into a sensitive diazonium dye via reaction with diazotised sulphamethazine and then extracted using mixed ademicelle – hemimicelle magnetic solid-phase extraction, followed by spectrophotometric quantification. This paper proposes an algorithm based on hybrid transform (stationary wavelet transform proceeding by slantlet transform); The slantlet transform is applied to the approximation subband of the stationary wavelet transform. BlockShrink thresholding technique is applied to the hybrid transform coefficients. This technique can decide the optimal block size and thresholding for every wavelet subband by risk estimate (SURE). The proposed algorithm was executed by using MATLAB R2010aminimizing Stein’s unbiased with natural images contaminated by white Gaussian noise. Numerical results show that our algorithm co

In an MRI image of the brain, this process involves distinguishing the tissue that makes up the brain from the tissue that does not make up the brain. Even for experienced radiologists, separating the brain from the skull is a difficult task, and the accuracy of the results can vary quite a little from one individual to the next. Therefore, skull stripping in brain magnetic resonance volume has become increasingly popular due to the requirement for a dependable, accurate, and thorough method for processing brain datasets. Furthermore, skull stripping must be performed accurately for neuroimaging diagnostic systems since neither non-brain tissues nor

These days, authenticity, secrecy, and confidentiality are the most important concerns in securing data communication. For that reason, information hiding methods are used, such as Cryptography, Steganography and Watermarking methods, to secure data transmission, where cryptography method is used to encrypt the information in an unreadable form. At the same time, steganography covers the information within images, audio or video. Finally, watermarking is used to protect information from intruders. This paper proposed a new cryptography method by using thre

This phenomenon raises awareness for the requirement of effective techniques that can help during the search and retrieval of text. One of the most needed tasks is clustering, which categorizes documents automatically into meaningful groups. Clustering is an important task in data mining and machine learning. The accuracy of clustering depends tightly on the selection of the text representation method. Traditional methods of text representation model documents as bags of words using term-frequency index document frequency (TFIDF). This method ignores the relationship an
