This research is divided into a process of classifying and filtering most of the studies that dealt with sustainable professional development and dividing them into several sections to determine the categories for which sustainable professional development is measured, which categories did not address it, the extent to which the samples deal with and their number of the target variable, as well as the variables that suit sustainable professional development and the variables that did not Study it yet. And also the quality of studies in terms of the methodology used so that there is a reference for every researcher who intends to study sustainable professional development with studies, their characteristics, categories, tools and methodology followed, and the classification of studies was within five areas, which are studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and include 4 studies, and sustainable professional development studies for supervisors and managers, including 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads ،It includes 3 studies and studies that specialize in trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, and includes 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, and includes 37 studies . The classification of studies was within five areas: studies that dealt with sustainable professional development for kindergarten teachers, and included 4 studies, studies of sustainable professional development for supervisors and managers, which included 20 studies, and studies for sustainable professional development for department heads, which included 3 studies and studies that specialized in Trends and perceptions towards sustainable professional development, including 13 studies and sustainable professional development for teachers in general, including 37 studies .

The research problem lies in the ambiguity of the usage of propaganda contents by two main media outlets (the Russian RT and American Alhurra) in their news coverage of the Syrian crisis through their websites and the methods used by them to convince users taking into account the mutual propaganda conflict between the United States and Russia in the war against Syria. This paper presents the implementation of a complex fractional order proportional integral derivative (CPID) and a real fractional order PID (RPID) controllers. The analysis and design of both controllers were carried out in a previous work done by the author, where the design specifications were classified into easy (case 1) and hard (case 2) design specifications.
