In this study , the effect of an organic compound prepared as derivative of oxazepine tested on the activities of aspartate amino trasferase (AST) and alanin amino transferase (ALT). The kinetic study of such enzymes is in the presence of oxazepine derivative.  The results revealed that the organic compound is a non competitive inhibitor for both enzymes.  The Km value for AST is 1.3 × 10-3 M and Vmax for the uninhibited is 200 U/mL and for the inhibited is 111.1 U/mL while Km value for ALT is 2.5 × 10-3 M and Vmax are 89.66 U/mL and 56.77 U/mL for the uninhibited and inhibited enzyme respectively.

This study aimed to test the effect of using different concentrations of three different plants extracts to inhibit the growth of gram negative and gram positive bacteria by two technics. Eucalyptus camaldulensis bark, Glycyrrhiza glabra rhizomes and Morus nigra leaves ethanolic extract at (0,20,30,40 and 50 mg/ml) were used. P-chlorophenol (4-Chlorophenol) and o-cresol (2-methylphenol) was selected as a phenolic compound for that purpose. The production of reactive oxygen species in most diseases including osteoarthritis (OA) is confirmed to be the most destractive process to human cells.  To investigate the role of free radicals in patients with OA and by comparing lipid peroxidation marker maloan dialdehyde (MDA) and Vit E as one of the potent antioxidant in Sera of (OA) patients with those in healthy population.  The study includes 34 patients with knee OA diagnosed by doctors using different diagnostic parameters techniques , 18 females and 16 males and their age ranged 45 – 78 years , in addition to  32 healthy control 16 males and 16 females. The result revealed a significant elevation in serum MDA sera in both patient groups ( male and female)
