Background: Tubal ligation, recognized as a surgical intervention that ensures permanent contraception, has established itself as an option for women seeking a definitive solution for family planning. Objective: To assess the psychosexual implications of tubal ligation in a sample of women in Baghdad, Iraq. Methods: A prospective cohort study was conducted in a teaching hospital for 2 years, from the first of January 2022 to the end of December 2023, in which 203 women who underwent tubal ligation were included. A specific, sensitive and simple method was used for the determination of: vitamin B9 (Folic acid) in pure and pharmaceutical formulations using continuous flow injection analysis. The method is based on formation of ion pair compound between folic acid and ammonium molybdate in an aqueous medium to obtain a gray precipitate complex, using homemade; Ayah-6SX1-ST-2D solar cell CFI Analyzer. Optimum parameters was studied to increase the sensitivity for developed method. Aspergillus niger is one of the most important filamentous fungi that used in the fermentation industry. Aspergillus niger isolate was cultured on potato-dextrose agar (PDA) for activation, and the optimum conditions for xylanase production from this local isolate were studied by solid state fermentation, using a medium composed of wheat bran moisten with corn steep liquor at ratio 1:0.5 (v:w) at initial pH 5.5, inoc-ulated with 1.6 × 106 spores/ml, and incubated at 30ᵒC for 5 days.

Sulfamethoxazole (SMX) was added to P-N,N-dimethyl amino benzaldehyde (PDAB) by condensation reaction in acidic medium to form, a yellow colored dye compound which exhibits maximum absorption (λmax) at 450.5 nm.
