A novel ligand, (E)-5-((2-hydroxy-4,6-dimethylphenyl)diazenyl)-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4- dione, was synthesized through the reaction of 3,5-dimethylphenol with the diazonium salt of 5-amino-2,3-dihydrophthalazine-1,4-dione. The ligand underwent characterization through the utilization of diverse spectroscopic methods, including UV-Vis, FT-IR, 13C, and 1H-NMR, alongside Mass spectroscopy and micro elemental analysis (Carbon, Hydrogen, Nitrogen, and Oxygen). Metal chelates of transition metals were prepared and analyzed using elemental analysis, mass spectra, atomic absorption, UV-Vis, FT-IR spectral analysis, as well as conductivity and magnetic measurements. The investigation into the compounds’ nature was conducted by utilizing mole ratio and continuous contrast methods, where Beer’s law was adhered to over a concentration range of 1×10−4 - 3×10−4 mol/L. The determination of the molar absorptivity of the compound solutions was carried out. Analytical data analysis indicated that all complexes demonstrated a metal-ligand ratio of 1:2, with the exception of the palladium complex, which exhibited a 1:1 ratio. Physicochemical data indicated an octahedral structure for the Pt (IV) and Ni (II) complexes and a square planar structure for the Pd (II) complex. The Pd complex was utilized in a carbon-carbon Suzuki coupling reaction to evaluate the application of this complex. Furthermore, the biological activity of these complexes was assessed on the proliferation of human blood lymphocytes. The results demonstrated that the ligand inhibited cell division at varying levels, with the inhibition increasing with higher concentrations. Furthermore, the Pd complex caused a prolonged arrest during mitosis at the boundary between metaphase and anaphase, leading to the suppression of proliferation in the lymphocyte cell line. The stability of the dyes was assessed in terms of light exposure and resistance to detergents.

Light isotopes, especially closed shell nuclei, have significance in thermonuclear reactions of the Carbon-Nitrogen-Oxygen (CNO) cycle in stars. In this research, 12C(p, γ) 13N and 14N(p, γ) 15O reactions have been calculated by means of Matlab codes to find the reaction rate across a temperature range of 0.006 to 10 GK using non-resonant parts, as well as the astrophysical S- factor S(E) at low energies. It was concluded that the high binding energy of 12C and 14N nuclei make the reaction less probable thus enabling other competitive processes to develop, which enhances the probability of other competitive proton reactions in the CNO cycle.
This research aims at building a proposed training program according to the self-regulated strategies for the mathematics teachers and to identify the effect of this program on relational Mathematics of teachers. A new series of Fe (III) , Co (II) , Ni (II) and Cu (II) complexes of the Schiff base, 5 (2-hydroxy benzylidine) -2-thio ether -1, 3, 4-thiadiazole were prepared and characterized .The imine behaves as a bidentate. The nature of bonding and the stereochemistry of the complexes were deduced from metal analyses, infrared, electronic spectra,magnetic susceptibility and conductivity measurements, an octahedral geometry was suggested for all complexes except the copper complex has a square planar geometry .preliminary in vitro tests for antimicrobial activity show that all the prepared compounds except iron complex display good activity to gram positive Staphelococcus aures and gram negative Escherchia coli.

between Ru (1) and Ru (2) and Ru (3). Consequently, delocalization index for this non-bonding interaction
was calculated in the core of Ru3H2, the interaction is of the (5centre–5electron) class.
The present research deal with ecological and geographical distribution of species and genera of Primulaceae in Iraq. The results were revealed that species distributed in the north , north-east and west of Iraq. Anagallis arvensis L. is the most prevalent species tolerant to different environmental conditions, while the species of Primula L. characterized as less widespread and limited in one District. In addition, the districts Rawanduz (MRO) and Sulaymaniyah (MSU) have ranked first in distribution of the species on geographical districts with (75%), while the districts southern desert (DSD) and Basra (LBA) in last place with (16.7%). Maps for geographical distribution for all species were illustrated.
