This study aimed to investigat the effect of Carbon tetrachloride CCl4 and Nigella
sativa oil on histological changes of liver. It was used only (20) immature male rats. to study
the effect of Carbon tetrachloride CCl4 and Nigella sativa oil on changes. The rats were
randomly divided into equal groups as follows. First group was injected intra dermally with
0.1 ml, normal saline (two times per weeks). This group was considered as control group .The
second group was injected intra dermally with (Carbon tetrachloride CCl4 ml / 100g ) of body

This search aim to study the histological structure of Stomach of domestic duck Anas platyrhynchos. Six healthy birds (males and females) are used and after their slaughter the abdominal region was carefully opened and the stomach separated from it's connection with alimentary canal, cleaned with water and fixed  in 10% formalin. The histological study showed that the wall of the glandular and muscular stomach consist of four tunicae:Tunica Mucosa,Tunica Submucosa,Tunica Muscularis and Tunica Serosa. The tongue is one of the important organs of vertebrates, as it plays an important role in the process of food intake, absorption and swallowing, It varies the morphological according to the organism, the habitat, and the nature of the food for it. The aim of the study is to reveal the histologist structure of the tongue of the guinea pig(Cavia porcellus), where we took three samples of adult males, and crosses the tongue similar to rodents, except for some differences in terms of the epithelial layers, mucosa, the muscular layer, the number of tongue layers and the spread of papillae on the tongue, which is, differences due to adaptation to the habitat and their diet.
