Charge transfer in styryl dyes STQ-1, STQ-2,and STQ-3 with organic media system has been studied theoretically depending on the Franck- Condon rule and continuum dielectric model . The reorientation energies (eV) were evaluated theoretically depending on dipole momentum, dielectric constant , and refrective index n. The rate constant of charge transfer has been calculated depending on the reorientation energy (eV) ,effective free energy , potential height barrier , and coupling coefficient . Different formula of bioagents (Rhizobium cicceri cp-93, Azospirillum sp.,
Pseudomonas fluorescence, Trichoderma harzianum ) used in this study as a
biofertilizer on wheat crop with two level of chemical fertilizer (0 and 12.5
kg/donm Dap) compared to 50kg/donm Dap (standard amount).the study carried out
in Iraq/Diyala –Alkhales during November 2014,results showed significant increase
in no. of spikes, no. of spikelet’s, length of spike ,Weight of 1000 seed and yield of
one m2 when adding (Rhizobium cicceri cp-93,Azospirillumsp+ Trichoderma
harzianum +12.5 kg/donm Dap) in comparison with the 50kg/donm Dap. Other
formulas recorded same results with the treatment 50kg/Donm Dap with not
significant differences

Buzurgan oil Field which is located in south of Iraq has been producing oil for five decades that caused production to drop in many oil wells. This paper provides a technical and economical comparison between the ESP and gas lift in one oil well (Bu-16) to help enhancing production and maximize revenue. Prosper software was used to build, match and design the artificial lift method for the selected well, also to predict the well behavior at different water cut values and its effect on artificial lift method efficiency.
