The purpose of this paper is to identifying the level of skill self-esteem of the young tennis players in the Governorate of Baghdad, identifying some aspects of attention (acuteness, concentration, and diversion of attention) among the young tennis players of the Baghdad governorate, and identify the skills of serve and serve spiking in tennis by young tennis players in Baghdad governorate. The researchers used the descriptive approach in the correlative relations style for its suitability and the research problem. the research sample was chosen in a deliberate way from the youth team players in tennis for the Governorate of Baghdad and the participants in the 2021-2022 sports season, whose number is (20) male players and (4) young players were selected to represent the exploratory sample. One of the most important results reached by the researcher is that: There is a significant correlation between the skill self-esteem scale of the young tennis players in Baghdad governorate with serve and serve spiking skills in tennis, and there is a significant correlation between the intensity of attention of the young tennis players in Baghdad governorate with serve and serve spiking skills in tennis. One of the most important recommendations recommended by the researchers is that: necessity of paying attention to psychological trends, including realizing and appreciating oneself, due to its great influence in determining the psychological state of the player, and necessity of the participation of the psychologist within the training cadre due to its tangible impact on achieving sporting achievements

The aim of this study was to use low cost adsorbents, which consists of plant wastes in treatment of Industrial waste water by fixed bed column technique and study the effect of to two variables (pH value and contact time) on adsorption process. The sample of plant waste (Rice husk) was tested to determine its activity which gives the best performance in heavy metals removal and other pollutants (TSS, TDS and COD). Adsorption tests showed all tested plant adsorbents had significant heavy metal removal efficiency. The best removal efficiency 96.56% of Cr was occurred at pH 6.5 and 5hrs. The Erythrocytes Sedimentation Rate (ESR) for those subjects was measured at different Packed Cells Volume (PCV) (10%-25%), and also it was measured at different temperature (10oC-25oC). The parasite was isolated from a stool sample, cultivated and maintained in vitro using Locke-egg medium (LEM) and Liver infusion agar medium (LIAM) . The culture was maintained for up to 21 months, and the best time to maintain the parasite was every 48 hours, although the growth in the culture media continued for 13 days without a maintenance. Additionally, no cyst formation was observed during cultivation of parasite in the two culture media. Although, was observe young cyst formed in LEM media were deletion of maintained. The diagnosis of bacteria growth in the culture media, bacterial content (Escherichia coli) was an dominance and essential requirement for a successful cultivation of Entamoeba histolytica in the two culture media.
