This paper presents the synthesis and study of some new mixed-liagnd complexes containing nicotinamide(C6H7N2O) symbolized (NA) and phenylalanine (C9H11NO2)symbolized (pheH)] with some metal ions. The resulting products were found to be solid crystalline complexes which have been characterized by :Melting points, Solubility, Molar conductivity. determination the percentage of the metal in the complexes by flame(AAS), magnetic susceptipibility, Spectroscopic Method [FT-IR and UV-Vis]. The proposed structure of the complexes using program , chem office 3D(2006) . The general formula have been given for the prepared complexes :[M(NA)2(phe)]cl M(II): Mn(II) ,Co(II) , Ni(II) , Cu(II) , Zn(II) , Cd(II) & Hg(II) . NA = Nicotinamide= C6H7N2O Phe - = phenylalanine ion = C9H10NO2 - The results showed that the deprotonated ligand (phenylalanine acid) to (phenylalanilate ion (Phe -) by using (NaOH) coordinated to metal ions as bidentate ligand through the oxygen atom of the carboxylate group (COO), and the nitrogen atom of the amine group (NH2). The nicotinamide coordinated as a monodendato through the nitrogen of the pyridine group.
The research was carried out in lathhouse on one-year-old apple seedlings of the Ibrahimi variety in the Karma-Fallujah region for the 2021 growing season to study the effect of methods of adding nano-fertilizer and humic acid on seedling growth. A two-factor experiment was designed according to a randomized complete block design, with three replicates and two seedlings per experimental unit, so the number of seedlings was 54. The first factor includes NPK nanofertilizer at three levels (0- and 2-ml L-1 foliar spray and 5 ml L-1 soil application). This study concluded detection of Toxoplasma gondii in milk, immunologically by using Elisa and nested PCR)nPCR (based on B1 gene, also to investigate the effect of toxoplasmosis, parity, breed and flock on some milk composition in the Iraqi local and Shami goats in the middle of Iraq. A total of 80 milk samples of the lactating goats were collected. Results of this study showed the prevalence of Toxoplasmosis was 21.25% and 28.75% by Elisa and nPCR respectively without significant differences. The sensitivity of Elisa was a low (30.43%) whereas the specificity was a high (82.45%). The degree of agreement estimated by Kappa coefficient revealed a slight agreement (0.14) between two methods. The current study aimed to measure the attitudes of female teachers towards the use of digital learning and the degree of possessing their digital education skills. The study sample consisted of (180) workers with disabilities (mental disability، auditory impairment، visual disability، hyperactivity and distraction. To achieve the goals of the study, the transformation measure was used towards digital education for people with disabilities. The study reached the following results: the availability of digital learning skills among workers with disabilities.
