Four Co(II), (C1); Ni(II), (C2); Cu(II), (C3) and Zn(II), (C4) chelates have been synthesized with 1-(4-((2-amino- 5‑methoxy)diazenyl)phenyl)ethanone ligand (L). The produced compounds have been identified by using spectral studies, elemental analysis (C.H.N.O), conductivity and magnetic properties. The produced metal chelates were studied using molar ratio as well as sequences contrast types. Rate of concentration (1 ×10 4 - 3 ×10 4 Mol/L) sequence Beer’s law. Compound solutions have been noticed height molar absorptivity. The free of ligand and metal chelates had been applied as disperse dyes on cotton fabrics. Furthermore, the antibacterial activity of the produced compounds against various bacteria had been investigated. For the gained datum, a tetrahedral geometrical structure has been suggested for each primed complex. Molecular docking investigation was carried out to ascertain the inhibitory action of the studied compounds against 1HNJ protein, the target enzyme for the antimicrobial agents. The findings showed that, when compared to other compounds, (C1) has the highest binding affinity. Therefore, these molecules might make good candidates for antimicrobials. The quantum chemical parameters are calculated, and the molecular structure complexes were theoretically optimized.
The Influence of Some Vitamins and Biochemical Parameters on Iraqi Females’ Patients with Malignant Breast Cancer"
One hundred and fifteen isolates of Staphylococcus aureus were isolated from human infected wound and burn. The resistance of this organism for eight commonly used antibiotics was determined by disc diffusion methods. The minimum inhibitory concentration MIC was determined for each drug by tube dilution method. Results showed significant variations in the MIC values. It was found that two isolates had high resistance for the eight antibiotics used. Effect of ascorbic acid on bacterial growth was studied singly and in combination with antibiotics. Reductions in MIC value were reported for different antibiotics when tested by growth curve method too.
Age and BMI may be used to diagnosis of thyroid autoimmune disease. The dielectric properties of the fabricated composites MgO:ZnO with various mixing ratios (100,75:25,50:50,25:75, and 100 wt. %)were investigated. The structure analysis was conducted using X-ray diffraction. The structure phase, crystallite size and purity of the fabricated MgO:ZnO composites were confirmed using X-ray diffraction spectra. The results declared that the diffraction spectrum of 100%MgO composite samples were compatible with cubic structure along the plane (200) while the structures of residual composite's samples were compatible with hexagonal structures. The reaction of(2-oxo-2H-chromen-3-Carbonyl chloride)(k1) with hydrazine in boiling ethanol gives the hydrazide(K2).When compound (k2) reacts with various aromatic aldehydes ,the corres ponding Schiff bases(k3–k4) achieve new series of thiazotidines (k5–k6) and azetidinones (k7–k8) obtained from the reactions of appropriate Schiff bases with mercapto acetic acid and chloro acetyl chloride respectively.
