order to make it salable as input for a neural network which is used as a recogni zer by Boltzmann Machine Neural  network which has been used as a recognizer for phonemes . A training set consist of a number of Arabic phoneme repesentations, is used to train lhe neuntl network.

This Research aims for harnessing critical and innovative thinking approaches besides innovative problem solving tools in pursuing continual quality improvement initiatives for the benefit of achieving operations results effectively in water treatment plants in Baghdad Water Authority. Methodology: The study sample included (184) women in the Ibn Rushd College / University of
