Sixteen soil samples were collected from wheat, barley and yellow corn rhizosphere in Abu-Ghraib, Aqraqof, Latifieh,Tarmiah, Jadriya and  of Agriculture in Baghdad university/ Baghdad city. The results found nine phosphate solubilizing bacteria (PSB) isolates (Y1, Y2, Y3, Y4, Y5, Y6, Y7, Y8, Y9), formed clear zones on National Botanical Research Institute's (NBRIP) agar. The solubility index (SI) of PSB isolates ranged from 2.00 to 3.66. Y4 have the highest SI (3.66) followed by Y3 and Y6 (3.33). Nutrient agar medium with various concentrations of cefotaxime was used for isolation spontaneous mutants from wild type strain of P.aeruginosa PHA-1. Eighty-two mutants were successfully isolated with the viable count 52×107 , these mutants were confirmed as spontaneous not physiological adaption mutants by reculture on the same medium. Then, wild type PHA-1 and mutants were examined for production pyocyanin; a blue greenish pigment was clearly noticed on King A medium. Remarkably the mutant strain named S300-8 was distinguished in productivity in comparison with wild type strain PHA-1; the amount of pigment was 56.0667mg/l and 74.53mg/l respectively. In this work, Bi2O3 was deposited as a thin film of different thickness (400, 500, and 600 ±20 nm) by using thermal oxidation at 573 K with ambient oxygen of evaporated bismuth (Bi) thin films in a vacuum on glass substrate and on Si wafer to produce n-Bi2O3/p-Si heterojunction. The effect of thickness on the structural, electrical, surface and optical properties of Bi2O3 thin films was studied. We hope that this report is the first to discuss the possible impacts of high black tea consumption on gestational weight gain (GWG) and birth parameters. Methods Throughout one year, a total of 7,063 pregnant ladies coming for first antenatal visit were screened in a major tertiary center. Of them, 1,138 were involved and divided according to their preference into 3 groups: excessive tea (ET), usual tea (UT), and mixed beverages group.
