The research aims at identifying the level of imaginative thinking skills in mathematics among fourth scientific grade students.For this purpose, the researcher adopted the descriptive (survey) approach, as an imaginative thinking test was built and applied to the research sample that consists of (301) students from fourth scientific grade students who are distributed to secondary and Preparatory schools,they are Al-Furat Preparatory, Al-Hindiya Preparatory school and Al-Rajiba Preparatory school , who are affiliated to the Al-Hindiya Education Department of the General Directorate in the Holy Karbala Governorate for the academic year (2021-2022). The imaginative thinking test consisted of (36) items of four alternatives multiple-choice objective test, where its validity and reliability were verified and it was acceptable. The test was applied in the final form, the researchers used the statistical package (SPSS), and the results showed that the research sample possessed imaginative thinking skills.
This research sheds light on the morphological structure of nouns and verbs in the novel "ASTONISHMENT" by the novelist Aharon Applefield by analysing selected models from the novel in a morphological analysis in order to identify the most important morphological features of this structure according to a statistical analytical approach.
The morphological structure is the main pillar of the linguistic structure of the literary text. The present research aimed to study the polymorphisms of the chicken insulin-like growth factor 2 (IGF2) in two commercial broiler breeds (Cobb 500 and Hubbard F-15). In total, 300 avian blood samples were obtained. The genomic DNA was isolated using a fast salt-extraction technique. Moreover, polymerase chain reaction (PCR) was used to amplify 1146 bp fragments of the gene. The amplified fragments were subjected to restriction enzyme digestion using the HinfI endonuclease enzyme, and the digested products were separated on a 2% agarose gel.
