تعد التغيرات المناخية قضية بيئية عالمية وشاغلاً مشتركاً للبشرية وهي نتيجة حتمية للتطور الحضاري، لاسيما بعد قيام الثورة الصناعية، فقد كان الاستهلاك غير العقلاني لموارد الطبيعة والتوسع العمراني على حساب المساحات الخضراء آثار خطيرة على المناخ الذي يعد من اهم عناصر البيئة الطبيعية لما له من اثر واضح على كافة مجالات الحياة. على صعيد الحالة العراقية يواجه العراق تحديات عدة يفرضها تغير المناخ كارتفاع درجات الحرارة، قلة الامطار، شحة المياه وملوح الاراضي وزيادة نسبة العواصف الرملية والترابية والكوارث الناجمة عنها مما يعرقل التنمية ويعيق جهود الحد من الفقر وتعزيز سبل العيش وتخفيف الصراع للحصول على الموارد الطبيعية هذا من جانب، ومن جانب اخر تعد النساء أكثر عرضة لتغير المناخ وذلك بسبب اعتمادهن على الموارد الطبيعية وأدوارهن اليومية في الحياة والوضع الاجتماعي والاقتصادي لاسيما في الدول النامية مثل العراق.
The coronavirus-pandemic has a major impact on women's-mental and physical-health. Polycystic-ovary-syndrome (PCOS) has a high-predisposition to many cardiometabolic-risk factors that increase susceptibility to severe complications of COVID-19 and also exhibit an increased likelihood of subfertility. The study includes the extent of the effect of COVID-19-virus on renin-levels, glutathione-s-transferase-activity and other biochemical parameters in PCOS-women. Flavonoids were extracted from Zizyphus spina-christi leaves by Ethyl acetate after acid digested and used as antioxidant. The dried extract was added separately to each sample of fat extracted from hallow cow and sheep bones as follows: T1 cow fat, T2 control for cow fat, T3 sheep fat and T4 control for sheep fat (the control T2 and T4 reffered to samples without added antioxidant).

In this study, Titanium Dioxide Nanoparticles were synthesized by an easy and eco-friendly technique (green synthesis) using green tea leaves (Camillia sinensis), Nanoparticles were analyzed using structural and optical analysis, the X-ray pattern showed that Titanium Dioxide NPs had a tetragonal structure with (Face Centered Tetragonal) FCT crystal structure, the UV-visible recorded an absorbance peak near 350 nm and calculated energy band gap was 3.5 eV, all measurements were proved the purity and Nano size of prepared Nanoparticles.
