The contractual imbalance is perceived today by the majority of the doctrine as being one of the pitfalls to the execution of the contracts. Objectives: The aim of this study was to assess the effect of the local application of bupivacaine on reducing early postoperative pain following IMTM surgery. correlation between hemophilia and risk factors for acquiring HCV such as age , marital status &
occupation among hemophilic patients .
