This study aims to reduce the time and effort required to design an economical spiralstaircase according to the latest ACI code. Geometrically, the spiral staircase is a complex 3Dstructure subjected to three forces and three moments. The values of the six internal stressesgenerated in each section vary along the staircase and are calculated through a series of long andcomplex equations. The aim of the current study was to develop a nanostructured double-layer for hydrophobic molecules delivery system. The developed double-layer consisted of polyethylene glycol-based polymeric (PEG) followed by gelatin sub coating of the core hydrophobic molecules containing sodium citrate.
